Great experience!
The condo is perfectly located in Whistler Village. There is also a grocery store and a liquor store in the building. Condo was perfectly clean and well furnished. Service was also perfect. We loved our experience and would definitely rent again!
Excellente localisation au coeur du village et de l’action de Whistler. Le condo donne sur un stationnement du Conference Center, alors il n’y a pas trop de bruit des rues. À 3-4 minutes de marche des gondoles. Épicerie et liquor store au rez-de-chaussée du condo, tellement pratique. Le condo est rénové et propre.
Awesome location, walking distance to everything. Spacious and modern. Private hot tub is great.

Great Condo, Perfect Location

Cannot beat the location!
The location is great. Condo is spacious and clean and has everything that you could want. The bathroom is a little noisy with the up flush system so we just used the other bathroom at night. Being above a grocery store was so convenient.
Excellent to location in Whistler Village! Market and smoothie bar downstairs on main level. Very convenient! About a 5-minute walk to the Whistler Village Gondola, close to most restaurants and shops!
The location of this property could not be better. Right in the village, about a 5 minute walk from the lift. The hot tub on the deck is nice to have. The condo is spacious with a full kitchen, which worked well for my family.
Over all our experience with this property was great. The location is surrounded with dining options, shops, and entertainment, yet we found the condo to be surprisingly quiet. We had a bit of an issue with our hot tub, but the management sent someone over right away and solved the problem. It’s only a short 5 minute walk to the lifts and gondolas.

Great spot, disappointing details
Very clean, right in the village near everything you need. Great property managers but their hands are tied when making refund adjustments. Note the hot tub overlooks a busy loading dock with trucks spewing fumes and making noise. Still, hot tub was a huge draw and half the reason we booked the place since it's 100% required for snowboarding at our rickety old ages. Bummer was that (a) the previous guests trashed it so they had to change the water which was too cold still to use and (b) when we turned on the jets a bunch of scum and particles of garbage came out of the jets and polluted the tub all over again. Property managers tried their best to skim it and make it right but the token credit back to my credit card was pretty meager given how much we paid for the place. Bedrooms are small and the two twins are basically so close they might as well be a queen. Toilets have an "upflush" that is too noisy to use when everyone is sleeping, so just a heads up. Overall could live with all of that but the lack of a real meaningful refund to the hot tub situation just left a poor taste.

Bright and cozy in heart of village
Location is superb, sitting above the village market and close to lifts, restaurants and shops. Private hot tub was a real plus. Bedrooms are on the small side with very limited storage but beds quite comfortable.
Perfect location for a conference at the convention centre
We were in town for a work event - which was in the conference center right next door - perfect location. Right in the heart of the village so easy to walk to all the restaurants and lounges. The condo was clean and spacious - loved having 2 bathrooms. The hot tub was clean and hot - nice to soak to the feet after a long day. One down side was that the condo was so hot and we were unable to manually adjust the temperature - there were two fans in the condo, but it was still pretty warm. Take note there is no elevator so would be difficult for people with mobility issues to haul luggage up and down the stairs. Overall, it was a good fit for us.

Hello, I just wanted to provide some feedback about our stay. We loved the location, so close to stores and restaurants and activities. The apartment was very clean from the inside. The patio area was not well maintained though and pretty dirty. Some lounge chairs would also be great on the patio so guests can sit outside. Also, on the listing it is not mentioned that the second bedroom is enclosed in the middle of the apartment. There were no windows or any air circulation. With temperatures of 90 degrees while we were there it was impossible to sleep in that room and we had to sleep on the sofa in the living room. You might want to mention in the listing this room is not an official bedroom. Other than that we had a great time. Thank you.

No parking and no hot water on arrival
While location and unit are excellent, our arrival was not smooth: there was no hot water in the unit, wifi password was incorrect and reserved underground parking spot was taken. Whistler Platinum tried to accommodate however refused to refund self parking ( extra 25 ) for the first day. Hot water tank was turned on next.
Nice place in a great location. We have two adults and two children. The accommodations worked well for us. The master bath toilet did not work, we knew that going in. When we got there we found out the shower did not work either. The rental company offered another unit but not as good location. They did offer 20% off the price. Once the shower did not work we asked for an additional discount and the rental company refused. There was only one TV, I wish each bedroom had a TV. I would stay at this property again.
Excellent location in the heart of the village. Groceries, ski hire, coffee and restaurants all on the doorstep. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Nicely appointed apartment.
