Sleeping arrangements

Designed for families and groups, this multi-level home accommodates up to ten guests across five bedrooms and six beds. The primary bedroom rests on the upper floor, featuring a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub, glass shower, and heated floors. On the main level, one bedroom offers a king-split bed and balcony access, while a twin bunk room provides a cozy retreat for younger guests. Two additional bedrooms on the lower floor each feature a king-split bed, desk, wardrobe, and private ensuite, creating a sense of comfort and privacy throughout the home.



Relaxation & recreation

The spa-inspired top floor invites quiet rejuvenation with a steam room, dry sauna, and softly lit yoga space equipped with mats, a TV, and a Bose sound system. After an active day, unwind in the media room with surround sound or head to the deck for a peaceful soak under the stars in the private hot tub.



Kitchen & dining

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a gas range, and stainless steel appliances. You’ll find all the essentials for cooking, including cookware, dishes, and utensils. Ski access

During the winter season, ski access is available via an intermediate trail leading to the Lower Olympic Run. The route concludes with a descent of approximately 100 stairs into the Northern Lights neighborhood, and the return requires the same climb. Many guests choose to drive or taxi just two minutes to Whistler Village for gondola access. Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. Other Things to Note:

• Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.

• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
