Sleeping arrangements
This spacious four-level townhouse sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and six bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for families and groups. The upper-level primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and ensuite with a bathtub, shower, and heated rail. Two additional bedrooms each include king beds and private ensuites, while a fourth bedroom offers twin beds with access to a deck. The fifth bedroom includes two tri-bunk beds (double plus twin), making it ideal for families or children. Each bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower or bath-shower combo with warm finishes and all bathroom essentials provided.

Neighborhood & ski access
Set in the tranquil Northern Lights area above Whistler Village, the townhouse offers easy access to the excitement below while maintaining a quiet alpine setting. Whistler Village and the gondolas are only about two minutes away by car or taxi. Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run, typically open from late December through March. The ski-in route ends with about 100 stairs leading down to the neighborhood, and ski-out requires climbing those same stairs to reconnect with the trail. Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. The location blends alpine seclusion with unbeatable proximity to dining, shopping, and lifts, making it ideal for those seeking both tranquility and convenience.

• Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
