The BreckConnect gondola whisks you into town or to the adjoining ski slopes. Peak 8 accesses Green, Blue and Black runs. My husband and I also own three other BreckCondoWithAView condos at The Village at Breckenridge (#3706) complex and Trails End complex (#408 & #406). We also rent the One Ski Hill Place #8218 2 bedroom/2bath condo across the wall making it ideal for larger families or friends traveling together.

Because you are renting directly through us and not the resort you do NOT have to pay the 13% Resort Fee. You still have access to all the amenities with the exception of Room Service or charging items to your room. Please keep in mind that our management company will be your "Front Desk" .
Our management company for key pick up/drop off is off site about 8 minutes from the condo on Main St. Breckenridge
There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (maintenance issues, locked out, etc) they will provide those services to you. A midweek clean is required every 7 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $91 (this will be added after booking). If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $91. Please let us know ahead of time.
Seasonal Closures- Aquatics Center (annually for few days for maintenance)
We have partnered with Summit Express Shuttle and the local grocery store to receive discounts and guests will receive information in the Booking Packet that is emailed.
