Great room has silders leading to the lanai and pool deck area.The master bedroom has a king bed, master suite, walk in shower. Sliders lead out the the lanai & pool. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a bathroom, walk in shower. 3rd bedroom has twin beds. This home has cable TV, high speed internet and phone. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave. Separate Laundry room with washer, dryer and Iron & ironing board. All linenns, towels and pool towels are provided.
The 50 foot Caged Pool deck has a Soler and Electric heated pool. The covered lanai has a Patio table and 6 chairs, 2 chaises and a gas barbecue.
The home is just 10 minutes from the local beaches at Englewood and Boca Grande Island. There are 7 public beaches within 7 miles with first class salt water fishing and water sports facilities all in easy to reach.In addition, there are 8 public golf courses within 5 miles.
