Our villa is furnished in a casual tropical island theme with all new wide plank flooring throughout. This 3 bedroom villa is ideally located, just steps away from the pool. Our Hawaiian style townhouse is very large, has an 10-ft living room ceiling, and has no one above or below. We furnish free high speed WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs, and a DVD player. In our well-equipped kitchen you can grill fresh fish from the local market and even enjoy farm fresh fruits and vegetables from the nearby Kona Farmers' Market. Brew a cup of 100% Kona coffee and enjoy the variety of world-class restaurants on the Kohala Coast.

The Fairway Villas is a private, gated complex in the exclusive Mauna Lani Resort. It is on Hawaii's Kohala Coast with the Big Island's best beaches and weather. The Fairways Villas is set among 22 acres of tropical landscaping and palm trees, and is right next to the 10th fairway of the Mauna Lani Resort Golf Course. You can also play tennis, work out in the air-conditioned fitness center, or relax at the tropical pool.
The Mauna Lani Resort is a world class resort located on the Kohala Coast, 19 miles north of the Kona Airport. We love having this villa as our home-away-from-home. We enjoy the variety of beaches on the Big Island and cannot get enough of exploring new places and hidden beaches. We love to cook, so you'll find everything in our kitchen that you need to create fantastic island inspired meals. Our villa has boogie boards, snorkels & beach gear, tennis rackets, movies, and all kinds of games. We welcome you as our guests.

We like this Fairway Villa for its spaciousness (much larger than the 2 bedroom units), award winning architectural design, and lush tropical landscaping. The Mauna Lani Resort has a convenient central location for exploring the Island, with one of the best beaches on the Kohala Coast. We love the natural beauty of the island and the consistently warm weather.
What makes this property unique
With multiple pools, tennis courts, fantastic Mauna Lani Spa, walking paths, air conditioned exercise room, and meeting room, the Fairway Villas is a wonderful complex for families, couples, singles, young and old. This newer complex is close to the Fairmont Hotel and the Marketplace of the Mauna Lani Resort. We also enjoy the close proximity to many of the best beaches in Hawaii.
