Cozy 2 bedroom Duplex property in the perfect location.

Charming property in the perfect location for your visit to Anchorage. Walking/biking distance or a 5 minute drive to Downtown Anchorage. Easy access to Anchorage's beautiful Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. 10 minute cab ride from the airport. We are also Surrounded by the some of the best restaurants in town. This is a duplex property and owners live next door. We are supportive and respectful of all gender identities and orientations, all are welcome here. In the summer you may see us gardening, having a bbq and sometimes processing our salmon catch if we’re lucky! Going fishing? We have a giant freezer in the back yard to store your fresh catch during your stay! This property provides a fenced outdoor space for guests to relax, have a fire, or BBQ right outside of your unit. Guests are also welcome to use the back yard, we just ask that you inform the hosts prior. We have a small Chicken coop (No Roosters) and a Corgi named Ulu. If you are interested in learning more about our hens, we would be happy to show you our operation. We hope you love Alaska as much as we do and would love to have you as our guest.

Cozy cottage in a winter wonderland

The hosts were kind and accessible, and took care of whatever we needed. There were plenty of cooking supplies, including spices which was nice not to have to buy those. There was a welcome basket which was much appreciated, especially the hot chocolate! The home was in a nice location to parks, downtown, and not far from the airport. Oh, we loved the detachable shower head, and the nice bath mat. Overall a nice place to stay!

Perfect with bonus for Grateful Dead fan

Perfect set up for three friends exploring Alaska. Near access to coastal trail and walking distance to downtown. Well kept with everything we needed and lovely common area. Our friend who is a Grateful Dead fan was enthralled with tasteful Dead decor

Enjoyed staying at your property thank you for the hospitality and the eggs. I would like to say that your bathroom sink would not pop up to let water out. That’s why it was left on your sink and your bathroom toilet slipped once in a while when you sat on it, but I enjoyed what time at your property will stay there again thanks

Nice first stop in Alaska

Convenient location from the airport and downtown Anchorage. House was clean and had all we needed during our 3 day stay. We went on a salmon fishing trip and were lucky enough to catch a few. Made a delicious dinner at the house. Fun to see neighborhood cranes meandering around a couple days. Pretty walking pass nearby.

Fantastic Stay

A friend and I stayed in Anchorage for a few nights as a base camp for some day trips. The location was perfect - right between the airport and downtown but still in a quiet neighborhood. The unit itself was very comfortable and well-stocked with all the basics. The hosts were very friendly and offered great tips of things to see and places to eat.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. After a long day of travel, we were pleasantly surprised with the guest gift that Casey left us. While there, we enjoyed conversation with Casey and her husband and some fresh eggs! It was also helpful to have a detachable shower head to wash my daughter's hair!
