Amazing trip

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this house. A large terrace overlooking the mountains, the house has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We'll definitely be back!

View Point

Great stay at view point. The only thing was there was no directory for the cabin. Most cabins have a book on what you can use and how to use it (jacuzzi, tv remotes, bbq, fire pit).

Nye trip!

Had a great time at this property. Wonderful views, hot tub, layout, etc. Only complaint is the heater in the room with the bunk beds is extremely loud.

Cabin with a View

Wonderful home with nice gathering area with pool table and cozy fireplace, deck with beautiful mountain view. All bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs with comfortable beds. Kitchen is well supplied with tools and spices. Have to check in at office across town.

Nice but expensive for the quality

While the views were great the carpet smelled like pets and their was trash on the property when we arrived. The WiFi codes were inaccurate and we had to call the property manager to fix it. Then the dishwasher was broken. I’d stay there again but only for a cheaper rate.

Thanksgiving Stay at View Point

Overall we enjoyed the cabin on such an important Holiday although I wish I had known a few things prior to arriving. We flew in from the east coast so I had reached out a few days before our reservation to see if they had a few important kitchen items & to make sure all the amenities were checked & working (since we based our decision on those amenities). The response wasn’t as helpful as I’d like other than there is a store nearby to purchase items & all things would run based on their servicing before we arrived. Once there we had to call for a new propane tank (which they quickly replaced) & the dishwasher was very broken (a little time consuming since we had so much meal preparation). We couldn’t find any dish towels so I used a few wash clothes the whole stay. I also couldn’t find any additional toilet paper other than the 2 rolls left in ea bathroom. I felt like I spent a lot of time texting & emailing which I was trying not to use my phone. I received responses to keep stopping by the office to pick things but up but by the time I checked messages we already stopped by the nearby store to make the purchases in an effort to save time. It seems the cabin doesn’t have a proper way to control the heat on the main floor. We found at a 48/50 degrees outdoor temp, the interior can quickly rise to 80 degrees. They have some fans but you have to also quickly learn to open doors & start fans early. We loved the area & the view was magical. We used the hot tub, pool table, games, deck and fireplace, we took advantage of everything you offered. We created beautifully family memories which overrode the issues that probably could have been easily serviced. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy Big Bear 💕

Great location and nice balcony view

Enjoyed this place very much. Clean, stayed with three adults, two teens and a dog. I would stay again without hesitation. Nice place, great location, truly enjoyed this spot for our Summer family getaway. ONLY issue I mention is not all jets in the jacuzzi worked, but honestly only mentioning for owner in case they don’t know. Not complaining, just an FYI. Truly enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend.
