Luxury Residence Mareta is located in the very heart of Old Town just a few steps from Diocletian's Palace and a ten minute walk from the nearest beach.
It is a part of an 1850-es original stone house under the protection of UNESCO cultural heritage. Entrance to the building is from the promenade which locals call Riva and where they spend every sunny day drinking coffee, meeting friends, finding love...
The surrounding is full of restaurants, bars and shops overlooking the crystal blue sea.
This newly decorated designer studio suite offers you in its 30m2 a secluded extra large bed, a pull-out sofa, a small, but fully functioned kitchen with an oven and a dish-washer and a private bathroom with a rain shower, hair dryer and toiletries. There are also air conditioner, flat TV-screen with cable channels, safety box and free wi-fi available.

Why they chose this property

The stone house where my apartment is situated has been built by my great grandfather between 1850 and 1860. It has been in our family for generations.

What makes this property unique

What is greatest about this property, is its location. Situated in the center of Split, on the main promenade that is always full of live. In close vicinity you can find many, restaurant, bars, shops and many local attractions like Diocletian's palace and similar.
