With over 1000sqm of usable space between the swimming-pool area, the gardens and the house, Villa Horta is a luxury property located in one of the best residential areas in Lagos located 5/10 minutes away from the city center and the well-known beaches. Perfect for large groups or 2/3 families.
In May/June/July/August/Sept/Oct the property is only available for check in/outs on Saturday.

The villa is very spacious, the lounge/dining area has over 60sqm, featuring a large sliding window to the terrace facing the pool area, sofas for everyone, a table for 10 and a 55inch super-ultra-high definition TV with English channels, Netflix and a soundbar. Air condition and Wi-Fi is available all over.
The kitchen is modern and spacious, have an american fridge a dishwasher and laundry, everything is fully equipped for the guests. The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and there are 3 bathrooms available and 1 toilet.
On the outside you may find a pool w/ shower, a BBQ, 2 eating areas with amenities for 10, a table tennis, a basketball basket, parking and lot of outside space.
In the ground we have a ensuite bathroom wheelchair prepared.

Why they chose this property
It's a unique property, with huge areas and super confortable, the villa was designed by my father (arquitect) and redecorated in 2019 for rental purposes.
What makes this property unique
You will be able to feel the countryside being 1km away from the city center and 2 km from the closest beach. Ideal location to go to the beach in the morning coming back in the afternoon torelax by the pool.
