Are you ready for relaxation, downtown Prescott fun, and an all around wonderful experience? We are excited to present "Downtown Country Splendor!" This home is located within walking distance to downtown Prescott Arizona. Completely remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home with all the amenities for a perfect stay! Over 1600 square feet of living space with furniture and appliances. The home sits on a very large lot and has ample parking for your RV, friends, and guests! Great yard and patio to enjoy Happy hour or a BBQ friends or family with privacy and beautiful trees. A true home away from home that you will have a hard time leaving behind when it is time to go home. Dogs are negotiable with owner approval. 3 bed 2 bath, sleeps 6 in beds, fenced back yard. NO CATS!
This property does have a tenant that lives in the bottom part of the property. They do not share any amenities with the main part of the home. They also have their own entrance. We just ask that you do not disturb the fulltime resident.

A separate contract will be required by Bear Creek Property Management and Associates LLC prior to guest check in.

Amazing Thanksgiving with Family

The house we perfect for our group of 5. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. The linens were amazing--plentiful and comfortable. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen, and had everything we needed. Close to downtown and a short drive to beautiful lakes. Hopefully we can come back in the summer.

It was very good and quite impressed. Bedrooms could use more shelving. Feel bad for down stair residents with kids running on hardwood floors without carpets. I will recommend this property to friends.

Lovely Home/ Great Location

We really enjoyed this house- it was nicely decorated and it had a great outdoor space. The location is perfect for walks into town too. I would have given this home an excellent rating, but the home had an ant issue. The owners clearly were trying to remedy it w all the ant traps around. We kept the counters clean and clear of food which helped. This did not impact our trip. We would stay here again in a heart beat - I solely mention it to prepare renters.

Quiet location in town, .8 miles to Whiskey row

My wife and I, with our adult daughter, stayed for 42 days. We loved the location and the quiet street. The VRBO is only on the upper level, their are other tenants in the lower portion of the house (we heard music on occasion, but never at early/late hours). Private off street parking, fenced in private back area. Some of the back area outdoor furniture could use upgrading, but there was a table and multiple chairs, along with a propane grill, that we used when the weather was nice. I really enjoyed this property, my wife's only very minor minor quibble was for a longer stay the kitchen was not fully stocked with utensils she needed for cooking (we ended up buying a quality knife set). Beds were comfortable, furniture is newer and in good condition, ceiling fans in every bedroom. The property manager was fairly responsive when the A/C went out, we called them on a Thursday afternoon, and they had a company out on Friday. Unfortunately the technician could not fix the problem, so another company came on Monday morning to get it repaired. The property manager did their part, but I think the first company sent an inexperienced AC technician, which delayed the repair. We have been staying in Prescott VRBO properties since 2010 every other summer, this one is my favorite by far.

Not so quick

So a few huge problems not as advertised! The ice maker doesn't work so we had to buy bags of ice every few days. Property manager said it was broke by a guest? Damage waiver should have covered the repair. There is no 2 car garage as mentioned. It is now a basement unit with a mom and tbree kids. They are loud, smoke weed nd slap door in and out sometimes until 4 am especially weekends. Additionally there is a second studio unit which depending on his comibg and going door slamming was also a similiar noise problem. The driveway and backyard need attention. Dirty, weeds, debris everywhere. There is no patio table or umbrella just a bunch of chairs. I would say they have some work to do to get it back up to previous reviews. We bought a hose and broom with dust pan which we were reimbursed. On the first weekend we were abruptly awakened to a process server looking for one of the residents at 6:45am! Not acceptable and the man was ready to throw punches at my spouse? Too bad overall.

Prescott house on the hill

The facility in Prescott was conveniently located, but we would not consider returning. The people living below us were nice, but we could hear them frequently. It is not that they were noisy. It is just the way the building is constructed. It was similar to living in an old apartment building. Kitchen is functional but there were problems. It would be helpful to have smaller pots to use for cooking smaller portions We bought some microwave safe plates and bowls to use in the microwave, since most of the dishes were not microwave approved. There is no blender, although VRBO web site says one is included. The refrigerator tends to freeze everything, no matter what temperature you set. Ice maker doesn’t work. Also, refrigerator makes loud popping noise from time-to-time. We found the property manager very difficult to work with. We would not consider renting property from them again. Other issues: Two car garage mentioned in VRBO web site but does not exist. Landscaping in poor condition. Wife removed a garbage can full of weeds so that we didn’t have to look at them. No instructions for operating TV. Two remote controls were difficult to coordinate. Cable TV had only some basic channels (not CNN, MSNBC, ESPN or Golf Channels). Living room lamp not working properly. One of the three burners on the BBQ didn’t work consistently.

Great interior!

The house had been updated with modern floors, furniture, and accessories. Very clean and easy to live in. Kitchen very well equipped with bathrooms modern. Only negative is the outdoors—-lots of concrete and it wasn’t in good shape. Outdoor furniture needs to be replaced it is very tired and worn.

..Wonderful January in Prescott AZ.

The home in Prescott AZ was wonderful, super clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed, didn't need to bring my knives, saucepan, etc. The mattresses were so comfortable. Prescott is located within an hour or so of many AZ tourist attractions, etc. We made Wonderful, clean home. Open floor plan, great well stocked kitchen, nice up to date bathrooms, comfortable mattresses, good location to grocery store, drug store, historic downtown, and centrally located to day trips for AZ attractions. Loved it. Our reservation required a $3,000. damage deposit, which we paid. How do we get our damage deposit back? Please notify us. Judy and Dave Porter

Prescott Gem!

My Husband, Daughter, and I ventured out of the heat in the Valley to enjoy the cooler weather of Prescott. We were hauling our CanAm to take up to Crown King for a day adventure! Bringing our truck and trailer can make parking difficult. Your long driveway made parking, and unloading a breeze! Your property was perfect for what we needed! Great location, clean property, the home was very comfortable and Close to Whiskey Row! We Can't wait to visit again!

Summer Stay
