We made a trip to Rexburg so that my daughter and her friend could tour the campus of BYU-I and visit with cousins who are attending there. The apartment was clean, beds were super comfortable and the location was just off campus, so perfect for our needs. Sephlin was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely recommend it!
We came to stay at this home after a 200 mile bike race. We were welcomed graciously by the owner late that night, and we were so well taken care of! The home was immaculately clean, the beds heavenly to sleep in, the kitchen had everything we could need, and the shower was great! The TV had the tour de France ready to watch, and parking was right next to the front door so it was easy to unload our things! We can’t wait to come back!

Home away from home.
Went to Rexburg to attend my grandsons wedding. My daughter and two of her children met us there and stayed with us. She had never used a Vrbo before and was pleasantly surprised. She is already planning her next get-away using Vrbo. The property was very comfortable. Gave us all the comforts of home away from home.
We were so pleased with the apartment in Rexburg. We stay in VRBO a lot and this was one of our best experiences. Extremely clean and welcoming apartment. Had everything we needed. There's a combination on the door so checking in was a matter of just showing up. The owner then met us there at our convenience to give us more information to make sure we had everything we needed. The price was so reasonable and gave us the room and comfort we wanted while we were there moving our son into his first year at BYU.
Beautiful and clean apartment. Honest and friendly owners /managers. Enjoyed our stay!
We recommend this place and would stay there again ourselves, if ever in Rexburg again.

About the host
Hosted by Sephlin Hepworth
I am a mother of nine beautiful children. I love people and enjoy meeting different people from all over the world. I was told I’m a great host because in my home all are welcome and I always have a full house. I love to travel and enjoy watching my children grow and explore their talents. My husband is native to Rexburg and I'm native to Jamaica. He loves snowboarding at Kelly Canyon, site seeing on long Sunday drives between Rexburg and Jackson Hole. Our favorite vacation spot is on the Okanagan Lake in British Columbia, Canada and the beautiful beaches of Jamaica. We love traveling as a family all over the US and the world. Our last road trip as a family was Summer 2018 to New York, which was exciting. We travelled to China and Hawaii recently which was absolutely amazing and the people were warm and welcoming. We embrace all cultures and love all people.
Why they chose this property
We bought this property because we have another property next door which we live adjacent to. We are from Rexburg and love it here. Rexburg will always be our home and our children's home.
What makes this property unique
Kingston East is very unique. It sits on the east side of the hills of Rexburg and was built in the 60s with the most beautiful red bricks, but has a modern interior. It was built to Last. Recently remodeled and is very spacious Apartment with 960 square feet, on-site parking and laundry room. Walking distance to the BYUI Campus and the Latter-day Saint Rexburg Temple. There are close by shopping areas and eateries, and its sits in a quiet family neighborhood.
