Your home for a nice holiday with your family or friends

In a quiet location, only 500m from the bike path on the Eder away, this cozy apartment with 70 sqm offers plenty of space for two to four people. It is located on the first floor of the 2011 completed house and has a separate entrance. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and the spacious living-dining area invite you to linger. From the terrace to the sole use of enjoy a wonderful view of the beautiful Edertal. For children, the large garden offers a variety of z. As a swing, a climbing tower, a sandpit, toys and vehicles for shared use.

Facilities include:
digital TV with satellite connection in the living room and master bedroom and CD / radio, dvd player, the kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, Tassimo, toaster, microwave, a double bed and two separate beds, travel cot, high chair

In the village there are three restaurants and two riding stables. Here you can book rides, riding lessons or carriage rides.

By bike you are in about 30 minutes in Fritzlar or 45 minutes on the Edersee.

By car, the Edersee with its many recreational activities in 10 minutes. The nearby National Park Kellerwald invites you with the Urwaldsteig, the treetop path and much more for hiking. The game park and a climbing park as well as the summer toboggan run offer a lot of variety also for our younger guests, who can use the playground equipment in the garden at any time (at your own risk).

The Eder invites you to canoe trips and canoe tours. A canoe rental is available in the neighboring village (2 km).

Among other things, a trolley ride in the nearby Affoldern provides for sport and fun.

The old town of Fritzlar and the historic half-timbered houses invite you to visit the cathedral city with a shopping spree.

On request, you can also spend some quiet hours at our own fishpond on the Ederaue. Enjoy peace and quiet in a beautiful environment.

On request, depending on the season may also be offered hunting opportunity.

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie abgebildet. Schön eingerichtet, sauber, schöner Balkon/Dachterasse. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die auch bei einer Autopanne sehr engagiert Hilfe leisten. Danke dafür! Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Es hätte uns geholfen, klare Hinweise zur Bedienung des Fernsehers bekommen zu haben bzw. zur Handhabung der Rollläden, die man nicht zu hoch ziehen durfte - dann gingen sie nicht mehr herunter. Leider bestand keine Möglichkeit, sich vom Vermieter zu verabschieden.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben mit zwei Kleinkindern die Ferienwohnung gemietet. Der Check in und Check out war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Umgehung ist ruhig und man hat einen tollen Blick in die Ferne. In 15-20 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Edersee. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

We hebben 10 dagen in de vakantiewoning verbleven. Het contact met de eigenaar was heel summier. Snelle, korte instructie bij binnenkomst en bij het weggaan was niemand aanwezig. Sleutels maar in brievenbus gedaan. Zijn nog een nieuwe braadpan die we hadden gekocht vergeten, zat nog in de doos, niets over gehoord, geen berichtje, niks. Verder was het huisje prima, ruim, met alles erop en eraan en een groot terras. Mooi uitzicht. Wel warm binnen. Geen ventilator aanwezig. Wij hadden wisselend weer en het was niet heel warm buiten. In de zomer zou een ventilator wel fijn zijn. Stoelen en bank zouden iets comfortabeler mogen zijn. Deur van vriezer zat los, was bekend. Buitenstoelen zaten onder de vogelpoep. Er is voldoende bestek en servies aanwezig. Wel hier en daar een stukje eraf. De omgeving is prachtig om te fietsen en wandelen. Voldoende restaurants op korte afstand.

Toller Aufenthalt in Wellen
Es war alles super, die Kommunikation vorab war sehr freundlich und schnell. Der Check-In verlief unkompliziert, die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem auch die Küche. Die Vermieter waren sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Schöne Ferienwohnung für einen Kurztrip am Nationalpark Edersee
Es handelt sich um eine saubere, vollständig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Räume sind für bis zu vier Personen optimal von der Größe. Küche/Essplatz haben eine tolle Westausrichtung mit Blick ins Edertal.

Mit Kindern ist die Lage und Ferienwohnung echt top .. in der Nähe ist auch ein schöner Spielplatz .. bei der Tankstelle entlang die Straße weiter hoch und dann links abbiegen und immer geradeaus die Straße hoch da sollte man den finden .. auf der rechten Seite sind Kühe und Pferde im Stall da durften wir mit den Kindern rein mit Nachfrage 😅Wildpark war super sommerrodelbahn und bergseilbahn auch und bei dem Reiterhof talhof kann man Pony reiten .. alles zu empfehlen.. der Vermieter ist super nett es ist alles vorhanden in der fewo von A bis z alles was man Brauch .. sogar 5 lieter frisch gepresster Apfelsaft stand für uns bereit.. nur zu empfehlen.. solche Vermieter hat man auf jeden Fall gerne und man kommt gerne wieder .. uns hat da Klopapier gefehlt und bei Nachfrage kam das wie auf Knopfdruck… alsoo echt ,einfach nur klasse !!!
