Playas al frente del edificio cruzando la avenida Almirante Brion. Acceso a lanchas para islas, restaurante tipico, y alquiler de motos aquaticas.
Beach is across the street. Access to boats which will take you to the beautiful white sand beach island- 10 min ride and only $10 per person. You can spend the entire day at the beach- you'll enjoy delicious lunch and drinks and swim in the clean clear waters. I definitely recommend it.
The building has two pools and the lobby has a laundromat, Internet Cafe, Beauty Salon, inexpensive but delicious restaurants, convenience store, liquor store, and a few tour shops.

Cartagena average temperature is of 32 celsius, for this reason there is no hot water.
