Location means a lot!

The property was great for the location to Cincinnati Reds spring training facility’s ,the back of the house was private and relaxing,the pool was clean and well maintained.Groceries were close by also.

Simply perfect

We were in town for the first week of spring training. This house was exactly what we needed. This house was just a few minutes from the Reds/Guardians ballpark and was conveniently located with lots of food options nearby. The house was clean and cozy. The backyard oasis was a nice change compared to our Ohio yard. The pool was relaxing and helped the ambience. The owner was easy to communicate with and work with. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, well stocked, and the pool was great. It was a little far to where we needed to go in Phoenix, but that was due to construction and no fault of the owner.

Great place to call home for a vacation.

We had a great experience at this property. We spent 9 nights here and did lots of travelling around through the day and returned to a beautiful home each night. Everything was well thought out and went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to come back again.

Loved this home!

Weather was amazing! Balloon festival was amazing! But most of all the house and especially the pool area was AMAZING! A well needed break from the cold and snow. We will be back

The place is in a great location. Easy to go in and out. Everything that you need is there. Great pantry. The backyard is great too. Too bad it was too cold for us to use the pool. Thanks for letting us stay.

We stayed a week at this property. This place had everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. The house was very clean and well kept. It is close to everything that you may need. Wonderful home and great location!

The house was wonderful, very clean and had everything we needed. Host was extremely responsive to all my questions. We truly enjoyed the pool and the location can’t be beat! We hope to be back sooner than later and would definitely stay here again. And of note if you stay, check out Sandwich Masterz! My daughter still says it’s not fair that there isn’t one where we live. 😂

The home is beautiful. Everything we needed was there. The house is decorated like a magazine cover! Extremely well kept and clean. The pool area is amazing. Kimberly is very gracious and responds quickly. We would definitely like to come back!

Beautiful sunny getaway

My family and I spent a few days here during a medical visit for my son, and we couldn't have asked for a more peaceful, relaxing, and lovely house to stay in. All guest needs are carefully thought-through, down to the tiniest details, and the owners are gracious and responsive. The pool area is beautiful, and my kids had a blast. I'm not usually one to gush about decor, but the beauty and care with which the house was decorated really touched me, and contributed to a wonderful visit all around. I would love to come back. :)

Perfect spot

We were down for a volleyball tournament and enjoyed the location as it was close to the different venues for the event. The home is actually nicer than the pictures indicate. Everything has been well thought out to and we really had no needs other than food to buy. Backyard area is lovely. Only thing I wished is that the pool could have been heated but it was posted a head of time it shouldn’t be due to time of year(Feb). I would ask next time to pay for it to be heated. The neighborhood is quiet and we took a lot of walks around in it as it is very big. Had a wonderful and relaxing trip! I highly recommend this place. We will stay again if our travels take us to the Phoenix area.

Super Aufenthalt

Tolle Unterkunft und lieber netter Kontakt! Bei Fragen immer erreichbar gewesen. Die Unterkunft hat eine super Ausstattung, alles vor Ort was man benötigt. In der Nähe ist auch ein Bahnhof. Wir werden wahrscheinlich wieder buchen :)

Paradise vacation

Great Spring Break!

The property is in an excellent location for Spring Training Baseball, pool was awesome. We had some minor issues but they were resolved quickly. Will most likely return next Spring!!

Spring training getaway

This property was great for our family of 4, clean and spacious. The location of the house was great for Spring Training baseball games. It was in close proximity to grocery shopping and a variety of dining options. The pool was a perfect retreat after the daytime baseball games in the Arizona heat. Owners were very responsive to questions that came up during our stay. We look forward to staying here again during our next trip for Spring Training.

Everything we needed

We chose it mainly for proximity to ball park, so we could walk there. We were very pleased with pool and patio and grill. Groceries nearby. Easy drive to nearby regional parks for hikes. Liked being outside of Phoenix. Will rent again, if we come for next spring training.
