This home has served as a corporate rental over the last few years and was taken off the Vrbo website for vacation rentals.

Seasonal lake nearby, The TWRA Boat Ramp on Savannah Bay is 1/10th of mile away. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, bird watching, a large semi level yard, 2 separate patios, close proximity for boat launching (seasonal) & most importantly- your privacy! Our home is located 6 miles from exit 11 on I-75. And only 5.5 miles from Harrison Bay State Park. This home is also centrally located for all outdoor activities: Hiwassee & Ocoee Rivers, Parks, Greenways, Downtown Chattanooga, Hiking, Biking, Mountain Climbing, Rafting, Tourist Attractions, Boating & Fishing.

This home is also a split level home with a lot of unique features. The first floor consists of two living rooms, a kitchen with a small dining nook for 4, half bath with washer and dryer and a dining area with seating for six. Also 2 patio areas, a garage and a Kamado style grill for BBQ's.
The second floor consists of 3 private bedrooms each with their own queen bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, closet with hangers, a 3/4 mirror and a robe. The 3rd floor consists of one private bath with only a shower, toilet and sink. Third Floor bedroom has 4 twin beds, dresser, tv, 2 nightstands.
We provide a variety of puzzles & games, internet, several televisions. we have decided to no longer offer streaming services as we find clients are using their own. we apologize if this is an inconvenience to you.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen. Please inquire if you need something specific to see if we have it.

*We reserve the right to replace, subtract & add amenities as needed. Occasionally, things happen in a home which are cause for interruption and are unexpected. We will always do our best to accommodate you in an emergency situation or unforeseen repairs needed.

SAU parent weekend

Excellent place to stay with family and friends. Visited our son during SAU parent weekend. The place did not disappoint and was perfect for our stay. April was very accommodating and communication was great. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family Holiday

We have had a rough year as a family and needed this time. The home was excellent, we were amazed and truly enjoyed the space. Looking forward to possibly using the location again in the future.

Didn't Want to Leave

The home went beyond our expectations. It was very clean, organized and nicely decorated. And incredibly well-stocked. All that was missing were toothbrushes! Stores, restaurants and attractions were all close. The host was just one text or phone call away. We wish we could have stayed longer!

FLW Toyota series fishing tournament

This is a great place to stay for fishing tournaments. We were able to park 2 boats easily and could park one more in the driveway if need be. Very roomy and accommodating! Everything we needed was there except our groceries ! We will be back !

Perfect for everybody who likes fell like at home

Staying in this facility was pure pleasure for us and we felt like at home. The facility offers a lot of space, is equipped with everything necessary for everyday life and even more. If something missing you can ask the host and she will take care of it 😀 There is also a garden and a terrace where you can relax in silence and enjoy the closeness of nature after a long day of work. Quiet and peaceful area, close to the lake. The cleanliness of the facility is perfect, contact with the host is really hassle-free. The owner is also very friendly and is always there to help. We really liked this place and would love to come back again.
