Apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms by the Spanish Steps

This apartment is located in Via Mario de Fiori, on the corner with the famous street Via Frattina and just behind the Spanish Steps. It measures approximately 90m2 and has been completely renovated and very tastefully furnished. It is located on the 3rd floor WITHOUT lift. From the entrance, you immediately enter into a kind of living-dining room. Here there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a large table with chairs for 7 persons. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 gas burners. There is a refrigerator. Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 7persons. Then there are 3 bedrooms each having a private bathroom with shower , toilet and bidet. Each room has a double bed, a small desk and a chest. One room also has a pull out sofa which can become a French double bed. So for a total of 7 persons. in the kitchen you will find a smart TV


The whole apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. It has both heat and cool options.
Each bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer.

May we advise you that we do the check in from 2 till 10pm. in case your arrival at the airport is after 09pm, please send us a request and we will decide if we can accept this arrival and however there will be a surcharge of 40 eur to be paid.

Wonderful Visit to Rome

We had a wonderful stay in Rome at this apartment. It is in an excellent location. We had everything we needed and were able to grab groceries around the corner. The owner helped us to get a car from the airport (Thank you!) which made it very easy to get to the apartment. We would highly recommend the VRBO for the location, cleanliness, ease of communication with the owner and convenience.

Roman holiday

We spent a week touring Rome with the family. This is a great central location with easy access to the metro and plenty of restaurants. The neighborhood is lively into the night and wakes early opening shops and bars. Bring earplugs and masks to help to get some sleep.

Family trip to Rome

My family of 4 traveled to Rome and we couldn’t be happier with the apartment. The location was excellent, central to shops and restaurants. In addition since my children are adults, having separate rooms and bathrooms for everyone was wonderful. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and we were very pleased. Communication with the owner was very fast and easy, and the help in booking transfers from the airport was outstanding. This was a wonderful stay!

Perfect spot for us!

The location of this apartment is great. Just off the amazing shopping streets surrounding the Spanish Steps. Easy to walk to Piazza Navona and other fun spots. The bedrooms are large and beds are comfy. Showers are small but fine. We enjoyed sitting around the kitchen table and drinking wine and beer so no sofa area was fine with us. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!

Terrifically located near Spanish Steps area, with close access to Metro to go all over the city. They arranged a transfer to CIVITAVECCHIA for our cruise on departure which was very convenient. Was met at the door by a very nice gentleman who showed us around the place. Lots of bedrooms & bathrooms. There was plenty of hot water and the heaters worked well. Bed was comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Besides not having a lift, the apartment had everything you would need for your stay. My family and I stayed for 3 nights and you can’t beat the location. I would definitely stay here again.

Great area to see all the main attractions and enjoy the food and cafes. Stairs are many but not a problem if you are able. The 3 bathrooms and bedrooms are great. Quite a small shower for a larger person.

65 and over just know that there are over 50 stairs to the unit.

It was the best location ever. Close to everything. The restaurants in the area are amazing. I will definitely be back. The stairs are a killer though. Young people will have no trouble.

Great apartment in great location

Can't emphasize enough how great the location was. Everything worked well in the apartment. Air conditioning was very good. Rooms fairly quiet. Walked just about everywhere and we had a favorite coffee shop each morning.

Amazing location

Amazing location, great places to eat within 5 min walk . yes l had read about the stair but they were find and yes a bit of a mission to walk but its a great price to pay for location and the air con was AMAZING! it was close to 40c for our time in Rome so it was bliss to have air con in each bedroom, huge draw card! there isn't really a lounge room but for us that was fine as ate out each meal. Metro is about a 5-10 wake . Great communication and if go back to Rome l will only stay here again x

Carlo the property manager was great! He arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and delivered to the location. The b&b is located right in the middle of so many cafe's shops. Also all of our tour pickup points were really close by. Would stay there again.

Great location

The location is very good. Right near the Spanish Steps in a very safe neighborhood. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby plus a small grocery store. The stairs can be tough, so just need to plan accordingly.

We stayed 3 nights with 6 people. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms met our needs perfectly. The location is excellent in a nice area of the city. It was easy to walk to most locations we wanted to visit. The apartment was very clean. Be aware: steps mean MANY steps! Mr. Carlo was amazing in assisting with carrying up the luggage. The kitchen is basic with small fridge and 2 stove burners. No microwave if that is what you are looking for. Laundry was only an ironing board; no washer/dryer. No living area; only common kitchen area with table and TV. The showers are TINY, smaller than cruise ship showers but clean and updated. Mr. Carlo was present for check in and check out and host was extremely helpful in booking transportation from the airport and to the cruise port. Excellent stay overall.

A couple days in Rome

This apartment is a great location. Right around the corner from spanish steps and a quick walk to Trevi fountain. Great restaurants surrounding the area too. We had Mom with us so the stairs were a little harder...plus some of us over pack! Good communication with host.

Great location. The apartment had everything we needed. Short, easy walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. Our host arranged for transportation from the airport that made our arrival very smooth and easy.

Nice place in central location

The property is as described near the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of much of central Rome. We felt like locals entering and leaving our apartment every day. The residence is pretty basic but sufficient for a short stay. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms are a major asset. It does lack much public space, having only a kitchen with table and chairs and nowhere to gather but tourists shouldn’t spend much time in their residence should they? The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Host was very accessible and eager to assist with a few small issues, like when an electric circuit tripped she guided us on how to reset it. It’s not a five star hotel, but it is as advertised.

Ideal location

We agreed that the showers were small Cannot pick up shampoo and don’t even think about shaving your legs. We loved the location and bedroom sizes were very nice, only set back was not having a couch to relax on after walking the town and stairs up again, but our family of five really enjoyed it.

Very nice but you need to be able to go up 61 steps

Positives: The check in person that came to help us, maybe the owner, couln't have been nicer. He helped us with the luggage both up an down. The rooms are very big and the bathrooms in general were great. Negatives: the 61 steps, also the shower door is so small my husband could barely fit. It is by far the smallest shower in the world. Also, there is not shelf in the shower for your shampoo. If you put it in on the floor, it's almost impossible to bend down and pick it up. Also no wash clothes to clean your body. I also didn't realize that if the listing says laundry, it doesn't mean you can actually do your laundry there. They provide an ironing board.

Perfect location close to Spanish steps and many restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and helped us arrange an airport shuttle. this apartment has been completley renovated. it has 3 bedrooms and each with one ensuite bathroom - I think this is really something very special and difficutlt to find and all this for a very convenient price.

the location of this apartment is really outstanding ..you can reach all the most important sights by foot. I couldnt imagine a better location.
