Spend a relaxing vacation in our new Studioapartment in Marina, 15 km from Trogir. Our Apartment is a perfect size of 30 Sqmtrs suitable for 2-3 people (double bed and extra bed). With a 3.5 KW Airconditioner in the living and sleeping area with a mini-kitchen you are able to create your own individual comfort zone. The large bathroom area with 3.8 Sqmtr is big enough for even 2 People at the same time. The sheltered balcony is ideal for romantic evenings for two, the large terrace with the barbeque is also available to spend nice evenings with other people. The Studio is equipped with satellite TV and wireless Internet. There is a swing, a sand pit and a trampoline to make sure the infants do not miss out. For our active Guest we also have a Fitnessroom and a Sauna. There is also enough secure parking in front of the house.

Marina is a small town located in the Bay with the same name, 12 km west of Trogir. The shore of the bay is indented and has many small coves with sand and pebble beaches. The beach shaded by olive and pine trees, the atmosphere of Dalmatian taverns, the small from fresh fish dishes and good local wines, the coexistence of old and new, all that makes marina the right place for a pleasant holiday. Our apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the beach. The bus stop is located across the street. Supermarket, pharmacy, clinic and post office are about 300 meters from the house.

A wealth of destinations offers the Dalmatian Coast: Trogir about 10 minutes - Primosten about 10 minutes - about 20 minutes split - about 40 minutes Krka Falls - about 50 minutes, and more ......

Schöner Urlaub

Ein schönes und sauberes Appartement mit Balkon, kleiner Küchenzeile und Bad direkt in der Ortschaft Marina, ca. 100 Meter vom Hafen entfernt. Im Innenhof befindet sich ein Grill, sowie ein großer Tisch mit Stühlen welcher den Gästen zur Verfügung steht. Jeden Tag wurde eine Kiste mit frisch geernteten Tomaten aus dem Garten der Vermieter für die Gäste kostenlos zum mitnehmen bereit gestellt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben dort einen schönen Urlaub verbracht und bedanken uns nochmals für die Unterstellung unseres mitgebrachten Motorbootes.

Wohlfühlurlaub :-)

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub. Wir können die Appartments nur weiter empfehlen. Es ist ausreichend und alles vor Ort was man braucht. Auch TV ist mit allen Sendern ausgestattet :-) alles ist sauber und gepflegt jedes Appartment hat nach hinten raus einen Balkon wo man schön sitzen kann abends und noch ein Wein oder Bierchen trinken kann, man hat dort wirklich seine Ruhe und kann sehr entspannen. Der Ort Marina ist überschaulich aber sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht, ein kleiner Supermarkt mir Bäckerei mehrere Restaurants Eisdiele Strand mit Strandbar alles da. Weitere schöne Ausflugsziele sind alle super zu erreichen! Trogir, Split oder schöne Strände/Buchten... Es war wirklich toll... Die Vermieterin Renata spricht deutsch und ihr Mann english, beide stehen für fragen zu Ausflügen, Strände und alles weitere einen immer tatkräftig zur seite. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder und freuen uns schon :-)

Séjour agréable chez Renata

Studio très propre et conforme à ce qui est décrit sur le site. La propriétaire, Renata, est disponible, attentionnée et informe des visites ou coins propices à des vacances agréables. La terrasse commune est aérée et appréciable. Les tomates du jardin sont délicieuses. Nous dormions la fenêtre ouverte et le bruit de la rue en contrebas nous a un peu gênés. Nous retournerons sans souci dans cette location, bien située pour découvrir la Dalmatie.

Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Renata ist eine sehr nette, umsichtige, gastfreundliche Vermieterin, deren Haus unweit des Meeres und der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in diesem sehr netten, keinen Ort mit einem großen Hafen steht. Das Appartement selbst hat einen Balkon und ist geräumig sowie mit allen notwendigen Drum und Dran, sogar mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Und das grösste Plus: der Fittnessraum mit Sauna im Erdgeschoss! Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Ottima soluzione per un bel soggiorno!consigliato!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato una settimana ad agosto e ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. La casa è praticamente nuova e molto ben tenuta, i proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili per ogni necessità, o anche solo per fare due chiacchiere sotto il pergolato in cortile. Essendo in due, abbiamo optato per il monolocale che era molto pulito e comodo, con un bel terrazzo dove mangiare e rilassarsi.Ottimo il condizionatore. Sicuramente consigliato! Federico

Perfect! Clean, great location and great value!

Tony and Renata are lovely people who helped organise our day trips and made sure we made the most of our stay. Their rooms are clean and comfortable and with everything we could want. The centre of Marina is just a few minutes walk away and the bus stops are even closer.

Des vacances au calme avec de supers hôtes

Un très bon accueil, Renata et Anthony sont super gentils, serviables, et donnent plein d'informations utiles. Studio : super propre+++! Et joli et bien fonctionnel. Marina: petit port tranquille avec ses restaurants et ses petites plages au calme. Si vous allez un peu plus loin que la plage vous trouver des petites zones tranquilles pour ce baigner tout seul. Parfait pour une famille ou un couple mais pas pour un groupe de jeunes qui veulent faire la fête. Je conseille ce logement. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Points négatifs : aucune activité sportive sur marina, il faut faire 10 km (pour profiter des activités nautiques), mais vous pouvez louer un 2 roues ou une voiture et même prendre le bus. Et il ne faut pas être trop exigeant sur la propreté de la nature, il y a plus de déchets qu'en France. Johanna et Laurent

Gut gelegene Wohnungen

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet. Besonders gut kümmert sich die Vermieterin um die Gäste. Dies zeigt sich bereits bei den Emails, aber auch bei dem schnellen telefonischen Zurückrufen. Sie bietet auch ein Shuttle Service zum Flughafen oder auch andere Gefälligkeiten an. Man braucht nur danach fragen. Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht am Meer, aber man kann in 2 Minuten alles erreichen (Marina ist sehr klein). Außerdem kommt man direkt auf die Schnellstraße um weitere Ziele mit dem Auto anzufahren.

Entspannung pur. Tolles Objekt, toller Urlaub!

Wir kamen Samstagabend an und wurden herzlichst von Renata empfangen. Sie hat uns unser Apartment gezeigt und uns durch die Anlage geführt. Wir waren positiv überrascht. Das Apartment war groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Es gab einen Kühlschrank, eine Klimaanlage und einen modernen Flachbildfernseher. Ebenso gab es W-Lan im Apartment. Außerdem konnte unsere Tochter (fast 3 J.) sich im Garten austoben. Einen Trampolin, eine Schaukel und Spielsachen konnte sie mitbenutzen. Auf der Terrasse konnte man noch am späten Abend sitzen, ein Glas Wein trinken, den Sternenhimmel bewundern oder aber mit den anderen Urlaubern und Renata angenehme Gespräche führen. Eine Bäckerei war direkt in der Nähe des Apartments, die ganz leckere Brötchen hatte und ein Lebensmittelladen direkt um die Ecke. Renata stand uns immer zur Seite und wir konnten uns immer an sie wenden. Egal um was es ging. Wir danken Dir für die schöne Zeit, die wir bei Euch verbringen konnten und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße Vera

super tolles Apartment - SEHR empfehlenswert

Nach einer kurzen Fahrt vom Flughafen in Split nach Marina wurden wir herzlichst von Renata begrüßt. Das Appartment ist super und bietet alles, was wir erwartet haben - ein super sauberes Appartment (inkl. Badezimmer), eine im Preis innenbegriffene Klimaanlage, eine funktionsfähige Internetverbindung sowie ein schöner Balkon. Auch der Küchenbereich ist super ausgestattet. Die Terrasse dient zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung, auf der man den ein oder anderen super lustigen und feuchtfröhlichen Abend / Nacht mit anderen Gästen + Renata verbracht hat. Renata war immer für uns da und bot uns u.a. jederzeit Hilfe beim Buchen von Ausflügen an und hatte immer einen Tip zur Reiseplanung parat. Für uns steht fest: Nicht nur das Land Kroatien hat uns sehr überzeugt, sondern wir sind sehr glücklich, dass wir uns FÜR Renata und ihr Ferienhaus entschieden haben. Außerdem bietet Marina eine super Ausgangslage für Ausflüge an. Sowohl Split, Zadar, der Krka Nationalpark als auch Omis oder Makarska sind alle gut zu erreichen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter. Liebe Grüße ?Klaus & Saskia

Perfect, Relaxing stay! 1min - crystal clear water

Definitely recommend staying here! It has Perfect location! 1 minute walk to the crystal clear water and the town with nice restaurants and cafes. Very Clean, spacious rooms with a beautiful view! The Owner and his family were perfect in every way, they were so helpful and warming! Looking forward to visiting them again!

A simply but cozy home away from home..

The hosts gave us a very warm welcome. For questions, there was always someone to help . English and German language not a problem. The family who runs this place is very friendly, helpful and make you always feel like at home.This air-conditioned room was,very clean and functional.Equipped with fridge, stove and WC giving you all you need after enjoying the sunny environments of Marina and it suburbs. Our room had direct access to the spacious sun terrace. The view was fantastic. The beaches and Yacht harbor promenade is within walking distance. Restaurants and bars are open around the clock in the prime seasons. A bus stop is just opposite the house to take you to nearby and far locations. Parking your car is of no problem and safe. My little home away from home...

Rooms were amazing!!!! Great Hosts!!!!!

I have never wrote a review before but this place surprised me. I loved staying here in Croatia, Away from all the tourists, however a short bus to Split if need be. The Hosts were really friendly and Helpful. Tony is always up for a laugh if you want to share some stories with him, he knows Croatia very well and offers great advice. It's a short walk to the beach where we spent the day in the sun and enjoyed some drinks in the evening. The three of us hired scooters and explored the area and rode into split on a couple of occasions, the coastal views are breathtaking along the way. I have planned to stay here again in August and can't wait. The rooms were immaculate, quite and peaceful even when all the rooms were booked out.

Hallo Renata, hallo Antony!:) Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei euch, ihr wart super liebe Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend, und total hilfsbereit. Thank you so much for your helfulness:) Wir können eure Ferienwohnungen wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Es hat alles gestimmt. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich, sauber und in einem wirklich guten Zustand. Zu Marina können wir sagen, dass es wirklich ein kleiner, ruhiger, aber sehr erholsamer Ort war. Renata und Antony sind wirklich darauf bedacht ihre Gäste glücklich zu machen, und ihnen zu helfen wo es nur geht! Wir hoffen, euch irgendwann wieder besuchen zu können. Most gracious hosts, great apt, and location!

Absolutely loved staying with Antony n Renata! They are some of the nicest people I have come across while traveling ( and I travel quite a bit) The apartment is perfect. They give you wine upon arrival, bbq at night, and help with everything and anything they can to make your stay amazing. The apartment is literally right across from the beach. Cant wait to go back:)

Alles, was man sich in einem Urlaub wünscht

allo liebe Renata und lieber Antony!Wir sind wieder gut zu Hause angekommen. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank für Eure Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft bei allen Anliegen. An alle potentiellen Urlauber kann ich Eure Ferienwohnungen nur weiterempfehlen, Unsere Wohnung war super sauber und es war alles da, was man so im Urlaub braucht. Von Marina aus kann man sehr schöne Städte, wie Trogir und Split, besuchen und viele kleine einsame Buchten entdecken, die zum Baden einladen. Wir waren mit unserem Hund in Urlaub und auch hierbei gab es keine Probleme. Zum Baden muss man lediglich etwas vom offiziellen Strand Abstand halten, aber das hatten wir eh vor. Unser Urlaub bei Renata und Antony war einfach klasse, entspannend und unvergesslich und wir hoffen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder die Möglichkeit haben, nach Kroatien ans Meer zu fahren.
