Very nice villa in Siofok with swimmingpool and well tended landscaped garden for use alone, and with closed car parking for 4 cars, in a prime location just 100m from Lake Balaton and from golden beach. Villa with total of 5 rooms which are located in the upper floor. All rooms have: private bathroom (shower / WC), LCD TV (each with dvd player), refrigerator and air-conditioning, 2 balconies and a large roof terrace. In the ground floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with: big fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, electric cooker, toaster, etc. On the ground floor there is a dining room (80m2) also with a 127cm LCD TV and 2 large tables each with 6 chairs, a table football, free wireless internet (WIFI) and grill. Deckchairs(sunbeds) in the garden next to the swimmingpool. Beach (Plazs) cca. 5 minutes walking distance. If you arrive Villa Mikes you don't need a car, you can reach on foot the beach and nightlife within 5 minutes and 1 minute the nearest restaurant.
Security deposit(refundable and have to pay on arrival day with CASH): 300€
The villa is equipped for max. 10 people, families, couples or group of friends, but not for young people, because it can't be hold party or can't listen loud musik.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Towels should take with you because there AREN'T in the accommodation.
Please note that the owner sometimes lives on the ground floor of the property building in a separate apartment because he do all kind of yard works like swimmingpool cleaning, garden watering, etc.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt wie auch der Garten. Der 4x8 m große Pool hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es leider Schwierigkeiten mit Fewo-direkt. Unsere geleisteten Zahlungen wurden nicht an der Vermieter weitergeleitet. Erst nach 3 Tagen "Zittern" auf beiden Seiten war das Geld da. Unser Vermieter (wohnt auch im Haus) hat sich uns gegenüber sehr fair verhalten. Sowieso war er während des Aufenthaltes sehr zurückhaltend und immer freundlich. Wir danken ihm für den tollen Urlaub, kommen immer wieder gern und werden das Haus auch weiterempfehlen.

Perfekt semesterhus med nära till allt
Vi var fyra familjer som bodde här en vecka i juni 2017. Alla fick var sitt rum med egen dusch och toalett. Huset är mycket välskött med bra plats för middagar och en pool som var större än förväntat, det fanns plats för att sola under så gott som hela dagen. Huset ligger även nära till många bra restauranger och Coca Cola beach men även till en 1,3 km strand utan inträde. Ägaren till huset var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Detta ställe rekommenderas varmt.

Super Haus, Top Lage
Wir waren Ende Mai mit 7 Freunden in der Villa Mikes. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zuviel. Ein super schönes Haus mit gepflegter Anlage! Die Nahe Lage am Balaton ist perfekt! Die Innenstadt von Siofok und mehrere Essen- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Bars an der Promenade sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Am Haus selber kann man jedoch die Ruhe am schönen Pool genießen. Super netter Vermieter! Kann man nur zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

1. class accommodation
We stayed two families for one week in July, we where 4 adults and 5 children which where a good match with the size. The villa is very clean and well-kept and the friendly owner Jeno - who speaks okay german and has a son nearby, who can translate to english - obviously spends a lot of time maintaining it. He also makes his own tasty Palinka, which you really should sample when you arrive. The garten are filled with beautiful flowers and the outdoor kitchen area are a great place to chill after a long day in the pool or at the nearby beache. The Siófok area are great for families with children and Jeno are extremely helpfull and serviceminded. Even though we had to leave at 4 in the morning for the airport, he still insisted on being there to help us with the taxi and say goodbye. Are you considering staying in Siófok with children, this place is highly recommendable.

Traumhaftes Feriendomizil
Wir waren dieses Jahr im August 2 Wochen zu Gast in der Villa. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub gemeinsam mit unserer Familie und unseren Freunden. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und waren nur schwer wieder raus zubekommen.Der Vermieter war ein sehr netter Und hilfsbereiter Mann. Wenn sich die Möglichkeit nochmals ergibt würden wir sehr gerne nochmal wieder kommen. Familie Hake

A terrific family holiday spot
We have just returned from a wonderful sunny week at this villa. We arrived late in the evening with 3 tired children and no food but were warmly welcomed by Jeno the owner, who lives on the premises, with a palinka and lift to the nearest Tesco. The villa generously accommodated our party of three children and six adults ranging in age from 3 to 82. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the pool is lovely. Jeno maintains the villa to the highest standard and is always there to help with any query or problem. Everything is within walking distance so you don't need a car but it's nice for trips to nearby Zamardi or across the lake to Tihany and Fured. Highly recommended for all ages - just note towels aren't provided so take with you or buy at Tescos! Thank you Jeno from all of us - hope to see you again very soon

Very good place and friendly owner
We spend here 1 week, and I can offer for everyone, because it is from the beach really 100m, and also the restaurants and the activities are in max. 5 minutes on foot. The rooms are very clean, the pool is fantastic, the air-conditions worked flawless and the owner is very friendly, he gived us a Hungarian welcome drink when we arrived and we was very helpful.

Fantastisk feriehus!
Dette huset kan anbefales på det varmeste. Vi var der i 2 uker i begynnelsen av juli 2013. Flott beliggenhet med kort avstand til alt man trenger. Skjermet for sjenerende vind, sol hele dagen, høy standard, velholdt hage og pool. Eieren er en meget hyggelig man som hjelper til med alt som måtte trenges. Desidert fineste eiendom i område!
