Excellent location, spacious and comfortable. Missed having cable tv. Also, cleaning contractor should be more attentive when readying the home:
* used nose strip left on bedroom floor
* chairs in dining room should be tightened (loose)
* leftovers in fridge
* no dish soap
* smoke detector in hallway was removed
* ants along kitchen counter and walls, bathrooms
* outside of fridge was dirty
* bathroom door was dirty, not sure of what it was
* windows were dirty, nothing really to clean with
* scratches and marks on walls in kitchen & dining room

Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for everyone to relax and visit. Loved the electric reclining couches. Everything we needed was provided including some fresh peaches on the kitchen table.
Lots of room for our nine family members. Couches in living room were very comfortable. Play structure in the park across the street was handy for our grandkids. Kitchen and bbq could use a deep clean. Would rebook.
My group was very satisfied with the location of this property. Everyone was relaxed and enjoyed this little get away. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Niagara Region.
Great accommodation....lots of room and storage. We were attending a wedding in the area so did not spend a great deal of time there but we did enjoy the house when we were there.
Would have liked live tv on the tv on the main level.
Our host Tan was very good and responded to our emails immediately.
Would recommend
We had a group of 10 adults stay here as we were all going to a wedding on the weekend and it was a bit of a friends reunion as well. The place fit us all comfortably with our owns beds/bedrooms which was nice. Overall the place is “just ok”. The place could have more dining/seating for large groups, especially outside during the summer months. There was a small keurig machine, but for large groups we wished there was a coffee machine. The kitchen appliances and seating needs to be upgraded if offering this place to up to ten people to stay there. The location was great and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go (via car). The host was easy to communicate with and addressed our questions/comments right away. The place was clean, but when we arrived there was an overpowering smell of air fresheners which we had to immediately remove to be able to enjoy our stay. Overall, the place provided accommodation for our large group but wasn’t anything special.
All ten members of our family (ages 7-70+) stayed at this attractive property for three days while enjoying Niagara Falls. The listing is accurate; we enjoyed our comfortable beds as well as a convenient location to the Falls and to a Super Walmart. The park/playground across the street from the house was greatly appreciated by us and by the kids. The house is bright and has been updated, but a few furnishings need replaced. The coffee maker is a Keurig, and the toaster is a 4-slice. Kitchen is fairly well-stocked but could use a few more table knives and serving pieces. Overall, we would do it again.
Friends and I stayed at this property for two nights, getting picked up for a wine tour on Saturday. We were so pleased with the cute neighborhood and area. The place is exactly how it is displayed and pictures actually make it look smaller than it is. Also Tan was a wonderful host who had excellent communication throughout our stay.
Check in was super easy and I was given info to check in a few days in advance. Communication with host was pleasant and they were quick to respond and checked on us to make sure everything was going great. Location of the property was perfect! We were within about a 20 minute drive of everything we wanted to do including Niagara Falls. We also enjoyed being across the street from a park. There were plenty of linens and toiletries. The dining room table was wobbly but overall it had everythimg we needed for our stay! Would definitely recommend.
Nice house. Clean. Quiet neighborhood. The fridge had lots of unopened drinks. Not sure if from the host or a previous guest but that was a nice surprise. Easy check in/out. Host was an excellent communicator. Had a smoky smell to the house though. Definitely had smokers that were either guests or previous owners. There was even a cigarette burn on one of the mattresses. If not for the smoke smell, would def stay again but we are sensitive to that. Probably smokers won't mind that are used to that.
The beds were comfortable; and there was enough space for 9 people and one baby.
The neighbourhood was very pleasant with a park just across the street with playground for children.
Shame, the barbecue was useless because too rusty.
Tan answered our questions. very quickly
The beds were comfortable; adequate space for 10; enough dishes etc for a group of 10; stove and fridge could do with a thorough cleaning; it would be helpful to have directions for TV use; DR table is very unsteady. Appreciated the location with a park across the property, and close to grocery stores.
Modern home with lots of bedrooms and a nice backyard
My friends and I, a group of 6, stayed at Tan’s place and had the best time. The house is clean and modern with enough rooms for all of us to have a bed. We visited a few wineries during the day in Niagara on the lake. Ubers were very easy to get. Tan was also a great host, messaged me back very quickly and was accommodating.
We had a wonderful stay in this very clean, and spacious accommodation. Area was convenient to shops and tourist areas. Tan was a kind and friendly host during our trip, we would be happy to stay here agin the next time we are in the area.
I had a plan to visit Niagra fall with my friend during Christmas. We found this place by chance, and we were lucky to book it for the exact time we needed.
The house was unbelievably big and clean, and it was located in a peaceful and calm neighbourhood.
Since we wanted to barbeque our dinners during our stay here, there was a good balcony next to the kitchen back door, and we gathered there and had a great time together. The appliance and utensils were perfect, and we could cook anything we wanted.
My only suggestion for this place is to have a hot tub in its backyard, which will make it perfect for a friendly gathering during cold seasons.
We enjoyed ou stay there. the house is well equiped and have lots of rooms. As a group of 10 people, we had no problem sleeping. the neighbourhood ws really quite and we love the fact that it is located not far to Niagara.

Family Reunion Weekend
After a year and a half of not being able to see my sister and her family, we were finally able to cross the border and reunite. We wanted a house big enough for all of us in a location with lots of outdoor play opportunities. This house pretty much fit the bill. There were rooms enough for everyone (4 separate families) and plenty of communal space for hanging out and relaxing. Across the street is a really great park and soccer field and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Niagara Falls is an easy 20 minute drive away.
We brought all of our own food and the kitchen was decently equipped to accommodate. There are no frills in the kitchen, so if you’re planning to do your own cooking, I would advise bringing any special equipment (electronics, etc).
I have two pieces of feedback about my stay: When we arrived for check in, the cleaning crew was still in the house as there was some confusion about when we would arrive (listing says check in is after 1600 and I communicated our arrival plan ahead of time). Thank goodness for the park across the street so the children could run around after the long car ride while we waited for the cleaning crew to finish.
The other is that I had been in contact with the host (or their proxy) well in advance of our stay to ask about grilling equipment. I was told there was a useable gas grill that would be in good working order for the weekend. When we got there, though, we discovered that the grill did not have fuel, so even though we had been trying to avoid busy shopping centers, we needed to find a place to buy it. These were two completely unnecessary inconveniences.
Overall, our stay was pleasant and we had an excellent weekend together. I would recommend this listing to others looking for a similar experience.
