Brand new studio 7 min walking from Vylitsa and Boryspilska metro stations. 15 min driving from Boryspil airport. 18 floor. Fully furnished. Double bed. Smart TV. WIFI. Air conditioning. Water heater. Sequrity. Nice view. Balcony. Microwave, all tableware. Bedding. Iron board and iron. Supermarkets, restaurants, park zone, forest in walking distance. Unfortunately there is a building in process 30 meters from the house, so the last 50 m of the road to the entrance isn’t completed. It’s described on pictures. As the house is new built, renovations in process in many apartment around. Could be noisy at day time until 8 pm. However No loud works allowed on weekends.
