The cozy, bright apartment in the Süderhaus is centrally located in the restricted traffic area (500 m to the south beach)
The center of the island, the pedestrian zone and the train station can be reached in 5 minutes on foot,
the spa guest house, the tidal land, the children's play house and the spa promenade in 10 minutes.

The apartment has its own entrance, goes over two floors (1st floor u. DG) and has a south-facing balcony to relax.
With its 3 bedrooms, it offers plenty of space for 5 people and is an ideal accommodation for your vacation.

Self-caterers will be happy about the good equipment of the kitchenette with fridge with freezer, 4-burner stove - induction, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo-Pad machine, coffee machine, egg cooker, electric grill, toaster etc. A washing machine is also available.

While you are reading a book on the balcony in good weather, the little ones can play on the in-house playground.

Familien-Urlaub

Es war alles sauber, alle notwendigen Utensilien enthalten, auch Kleinigkeiten wie Spülmittel/ Spülmaschinen-Tabs oder Schwämme… die Lage ist super, alles schnell erreichbar, wir haben uns als Familie mit unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen in der großen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt!

Unser sehr schöner Urlaub auf Borkum April / Mai 2022

Wir waren nach Ostern zwei Wochen auf Borkum und haben uns in unserer Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir nur zu zweit waren hatten wir auch sehr viel Platz und jeder hatte noch zusätzlich sein Ablagezimmer für die Koffer und Wäsche. Geschlafen haben wir unter dem Dach und konnten jeden Abend die Sterne über das Dachfenster sehen. Da wir die zwei Wochen keinen Regen hatten konnten wir nachts auch das Dachfenster auflassen. Gut, ab und zu kam abends mal der Rettungshubschrauber vorbei, da das Krankenhaus um die Ecke. Aber das ist ja auch notwendig. Raus aus der Wohnung ging es sofort morgens zum Bäcker für die Brötchen zu holen. Zwei Häuser weiter. Fast im Schlafanzug zu erreichen. Links zum Südstrand 5 Minuten. Rechts rum in den Ort auch nur 5 Minuten. Das Auto konnte zwei Wochen nicht bewegt werden. Warum auch. Füße, Fahrrad, Bus. Der Fahrradverleih auch direkt in der Nähe. Sehr gut und immer eine gute Unterhaltung. Borkum ist ein Traum, gerade bei dem super Wetter. Wenn’s Wetter mal nicht so gut ist packt man sich halt ein oder geht shoppen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einfach spitze. Wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. In dem Sinne. Moin und alles Gute.

FeWo liegt zentral - aber ruhig. Bäckerei-Filiale ist nebenan, andere Geschäfte sind auch schnell erreichbar - der Strand auch.

Nach anfänglichen Buchungsschwierigkeiten per Kreditkarte war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin dazu gut gelöst worden und bis zuletzt gut, die Ferienwohnung ist allerdings treppenlastig und für ältere Menschen erschwerlich

schöne Unterkunft

Alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Auch für Kinder gibt es viele Möglichkeiten in der Wohnung. Super Küchenausstattung. Alles super sauber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder :) der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr sehr angenehm! Vielen Dank dafür :)!

Zentrale Lage, sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet

Sehr nette Vermieter, auch wenn kein persönlicher Kontakt war, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten und Extras wie Bügeleisen, Sitzpolstern für draußen etc. ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet sehr viel Zubehör für eine gute Selbstversorgung im Urlaub.

Tolle zentrale Wohnung

Schöne zentrale Ferien Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer. 1 Zimmer mit doppelbett. Die Wohnung hat 2 Ebenen. Im oberen Geschoss sind 2 Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt ideal und ist sehr gemütlich. Besonders der Kinderspielplatz am Haus war für uns perfekt. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Einzig die quietschende Treppe war etwas störend. Aber insgesamt würden wir jederzeit wieder dort wohnen.

Wohnung liegt sehr gut. Fußläufig ist alles schnell erreichbar!

Die Wohnung biete genug Platz für eine 5-köpfige Familie. Sie ist mit Spielen, Büchern und DVDs ausgestattet. Die Couch und die Sessel könnten unsere Meinung nach einen kleinen Refresh vertragen. Ansonsten lässt das Domizil keine Wünsche offen, bis auf einen Backofen. Der Balkon ist ausreichend groß und bietet den ganzen Tag über die Sonne von Borkum. Ein Bäcker befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, so können auch die Kids „mal schnell“ morgens Brötchen holen gehen.

Tolle Insel, gute Lage der Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, an alles gedacht.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, der Balkon ist toll, in der Wohnung ist an alles gedacht, tolle Boxen, viele Bücher, Filme, Spiele etc. Lieder knarrt die Wendeltreppe, wenn der erste früh aufsteht, sind die Kinder wach. Dafür kann man gleich zum Strand, Nord oder Süd, beides nicht weit und durch das Dachfenster sieht man die Sterne und den Sonnenaufgang.

Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr guten Lage. Man kann sie von der letzten Inselbahnstation zu Fuß mit dem Koffer leicht erreichen; gleich im Nebenhaus ist der Bäcker, man ist schnell am Strand und im Ortszentrum. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Es gab wirklich alles, was man braucht im täglichen Leben, und dazu noch gute Bücher und Spiele für Kinder und für Erwachsene. Das war auch die sauberste Wohnung, die wir je hatten.
