Peaceful luxury holiday home in a great environment!
This new 5-star home has an individual flair. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen has all the extras: fully automatic coffee machine, wine cupboard, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer component, toaster, mixer, and much more! The bathrooms are furnished in a Mediterranean style, with a large corner bathtub and a rain shower, a well-lit makeup mirror, and a hairdryer. You'll feel truly at ease here. The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality beds and mattresses, which will help you enjoy a peaceful and restful sleep in the fresh, cool mountain wind. The bedrooms are also equipped with flatscreen TVs wit DVD players. The middle of the house consists of the large, fully technologically equipped living room with a Dolby home entertainment surround sound system, flatscreen TV, and DVD player, and a fireplace. You can also head to the balcony, from where you can enjoy a glass of wine and take in the unobstructed view of the Allgäu landscape. Children can enjoy their vacation experience with the many toys in the play room. We look forward to meeting you! Golf: In the area, there are several golf courses within a 10-45 minute drive. Find out more on our homepage. Skiing: In the area, there are several ski and sledding hills within a 10-30 minute drive. Find out more on our homepage. Swimming pools: There is a water park (Aquaria) in Oberstaufen (10-minute drive away). Public pools, (heated) are available and quite close by. Please ask about our discount card. On our homepage, you can also learn about the great hiking opportunities that are available in the area for our more active guests. In the winter, there are snow hikes and guided hikes. The biking experience also begins right from the house. Day trips to destinations such as Lindau, Immenstadt (Alpsee Lake) Sonthofen, Füssen, Bregrenz, Isny, Kempten, and many more - all within a short drive! The largest summer alpine coaster is a 10-minute drive away. Hearty home cooking and fine cuisine is available in our area. We highly recommend the Zum Sonnenwirt restaurant in Oberstaufen. There is also plenty of nightlife in Oberstaufen.

We based our decision of holiday properties on the expectations of our guests and have tried to host them in particularly high-quality holiday accommodations.
Why they chose this property
The property is far from the hurly-burly and bustle and is ideal for families and couples, as well as guests looking for something different! I struggled to fulfil my wish of having a 5-star luxury home so that I could make your stay unforgettable, and one which you'll want to return to. Here, people still play on the street in front of the house without any danger. There are plenty of sport and leisure activities, as well as tourist attractions and larger cities, all within a short distance. The Allgäu region is diverse, and like no other region in Germany. The wealth of the region is in its mountains, lakes, forests, and historic cities, and they are treated as such.
What makes this property unique
After a long day skiing, swimming, hiking, or sightseeing, you can relax while enjoying the view of the greenery and mountains on the lovely, protected balcony, accompanied by a good bottle of wine from the wine cupboard. Grill, outdoor lighting, patio furniture, and parasols are all available. Wet ski shoes or hiking boots can be dried in the ski basement with the ski and hiking boot dryer. Whether on your own or with your partner or family, you can pamper yourself in the fully equipped kitchen. The fireplace produces a romantic lighting.
