RENOVATED SPRING 2016

This historic cottage is perfect for your relaxing vacation or visit to Provincetown. Our cottage is located near the center of town on Bradford Street and a short block away from the scenic harbor and the bustle of Commercial Street. The cottage is adjacent to the art gallery district as well as shopping, fine restaurants, entertainment & nightlife, and all that Provincetown has to offer. Our cottage provides an inviting, casual atmosphere, and is the perfect setting for your own relaxing retreat. The cottage is 350 sf, separate from the main house, and includes approximately 250 sf of private deck and patio space. There is parking for 1 car as well.

Main room is flooded with natural sun light from a large sliding glass door that opens to a private deck, with views of the Pilgrim Monument; located at the back of the cottage, the bedroom is a quiet, tranquil space for relaxing or sleeping. The kitchen is fully stocked and offered everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. The ensuite bathroom offers a spa-like retreat.

~New, bright spa bath with ceramic and marble mosaic tile, glassed in shower, vanity sink, Toto toilet, and Kohler fixtures.
~New GE space maker washer and dryer.
~Main room, bathroom, and bedroom have original exposed beams offer vaulted ceilings.
~Hand crafted pocket doors into bedroom and bathroom and built in bedside tables.
~Built-in media center in living room, with large screen television, dvd player & cable; bedroom also has flat screen television and cable.
~Wifi internet throughout cottage.
~Ceiling fans with wall mount controls.
~Split AC/heater system.
~New lighting throughout.
~Environmentally friendly cleaning products are used in cottage.
~Parking for one car (no oversized vehicles, please).
~2 bikes for use by guests.
~The entire property has been renovated as well with new hardscape, new landscape, new fencing, and painting.

Summer in October.

We had a great stay in this small but well appointed space. Get value and easy to get to everything. Would stay again. The fact that we just had the best weather helped, was able to utilize the outdoor space and spent most of the days out exploring. S=And the market just down the street makes the best sandwiches. Not to be missed.

A sweet little hideaway

My partner & I were extremely pleased with this unit...We felt right at home. Although it was a small space, it was beautifully designed & coordinated. It was obvious that a lot of thought went into the planning/renovation. It also was very clean & comfortable. The location was very convenient, not far from the center of town & yet quiet & peaceful. We also had the opportunity to meet Sean several times during our stay... It was a pleasure to do business with him. Wish we had more time there. Joyce & Joann

Little Gem in Provincetown

The space was perfectly clean and perfectly appointed for a weekend stay. I really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the deck each morning, the shower pressure was perfect, and we had everything we could possibly need. Thank you, Sean and Jeff, for sharing your adorable condo!

Small but lovely and perfect for 2

Landlord was terrific to work with and the place is super nice. Very comfortable queen bed (wish it were a king, but we managed fine). Just 4/10 of a mile east of ferry docks. Bicycles were included and really came in handy. Location is good.. just a block off the popular Commercial Street.

Amazing rental in perfect location with great host

We loved spending Family Week in this cottage! Everything you need! Washer, dryer, dish washer, etc. Everything fits perfectly and the design was well planned for a small home. Also, the decor is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. My mom, 3 year old and I were very comfortable and Sean was an amazing host. There are bike rentals at this location as well. Easy bike ride into town yet quiet at night. Also loved the deck space. You won't be disappointed!

Perfect in Ptown

Second year staying at the property and it is the most amazing place to stay. Love it there and love Far Land close by for their sandwiches and bakery. I feel like I'm staying at a high-end hotel.

Gorgeous, modern and clean

This is our second time staying in this wonderful spot. It has great access to Commercial Street, the art galleries and fine dining. It is very comfortable and beautifully laid out. For a small place it feels quite roomy and we love the modern design! Thank you for another wonderful stay and more fantastic family memories!

Fantastic location, the house was perfect.

This cottage was the perfect P-town get-away! We were able to walk to everything. The outside living area with a grill was amazing to cook once or twice at home. The bedroom and bathroom feel spacious, and the living room/dining room/kitchen only seemed a little small to us because we had kids on the pull out sofa bed! Even still, it was totally fine for this family of 4 for the week. Sofa-bed was comfortable too. For a couple, this house would be a dream! I'll leave the kids home next time. ;) The owners are fantastic, and P-town of course, always charming, always beautiful. Would love to rent again.

This charming cottage is just awesome. A very comfortable and welcoming space.

What an adorable and lovely place. I enjoyed this space so much. Everything I could ask for was there at my fingertips. The kitchen was fully equipped (Tupperware - amazing) and was great for morning breakfasts. The refrigerator, dishwasher and all the other necessary equipment was perfect. The sofa and chair in the sitting area was so comfortable. I watched Wimbledon everyday from this space. The bed, which was fun to jump up into (pretty high) was very comfortable. The bathroom was perfect, with a washer & dryer hidden in the closet. I can't wait to go back. Thank You!

Charming oasis in an amazing town

The cottage was exactly as pictured. It has been beautifully renovated complete with any amenity you would need. The rain shower is relaxing after a day out and about. The bed is a little piece of heaven. The kitchen is full of stainless steel appliances. The deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of champagne at night. It's nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Commercial St but just a hop, skip and a jump away from everything. It is a gem of a place to enjoy all that Ptown has to offer.

The Best in Provincetown!

We've been lucky enough to stay at both properties owned by Sean. Perfect location in the quiet East End and just up the street from Commercial. This year, the weather turned nasty and it was such a treat to stay inside and enjoy the cottage and it's elegant, contemporary finishes. Sean has supplied everything needed. We felt completely pampered. We'll be back!

Beautiful, convenient, and perfectly outfitted!

We loved our stay here! Sean and Jeff were attentive and friendly. The cottage is beautiful and in a perfect location. Every square inch is used efficiently, making the space feel airy and light. Great place - Highly recommend!

This place was awesome!! Although it's small it has everything you need! My wife and I took our 14 mo. old son to our first family week in Ptown. As soon as we walked in we were so happy with this place! It was nicely decorated and was really clean. It had top notch appliances and furniture that was so comfy. It was a convenient 5 minute walk (one block) to get to the beach on the bay. Everything we needed was in walking distance. This rental is definitely a great find. The owners were really nice guys who were welcoming and helpful with any questions. They were responsive to us since our initial contact. And their dog scout was pretty cute, and my son loved her! Thank you Sean and Jeff for letting us use your place and helping us have a memorable vacation 2017. The Pici family - Dana, Kara, and baby Roman We will see you next year!

A beautiful cottage

This place was perfect for a week in Provincetown. They've done an excellent job renovating and styling the unit so it's the perfect mix of "casual beach cottage" and "hidden luxe gem." I made have even made notes about some of the fixtures for my own home projects someday. The location on Bradford St was perfect, just a bit east of center of town and slightly removed from the louder events and constant parade of people, but it was never more than a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride into the action. I recommend doing both, depending on where you're headed and what you're in the mood for. The fact that they had bikes available (I brought my own) speaks to the level of detail they've considered. Tech stuff like TVs and wifi and mechanical stuff like the washer/dryer (detergent pods included, thanks!) and hot water (seemingly neverending) were all working great. The unit is designed so that no inch of space is wasted and storage was plentiful and cleverly distributed. I will reiterate what the listing says, though: no oversize vehicles. My CR-V fit into the designated parking space, but with about 3/4" to spare. Expert parkers and brave trunk-unloaders only. But it's worth it. The owners couldn't have been nicer in all communication. Not only is the unit itself first-rate, but the way it's maintained and managed is, as well. Great experience. Thanks for a lovely week in a lovely space. I'll be back for sure.

Could not be happier with our choice.

Excellent execution of architecture and interior design. Every inch of this cottage is utilized. Hint, if you love the artwork, prints can be found at Julie Tremblay's gallery right on Commercial Street. We are looking forward to retuning next summer.

Perfect cozy little cottage

I can't say enough about this lovely place. I wish I owned it. It is thoughtfully designed, super comfortable, and everything you need is right at your fingertips. The owners are absolutely a pleasure and obviously take great pride in this great property, as they should. I definitely plan to stay here again and very much look forward to it.

Perfect cozy cottage

We stayed at this newly renovated (2016) cottage over the New Year's holiday and were extremely pleased. The cottage was extremely well-appointed, the very modern kitchen was well-supplied including good sharp knives? Nothing was overlooked, including having two umbrellas just in case. Also they provide two good bicycles for tenants use, a rarity in Ptown. In warmer weather, the private outdoor living space includes a gas grill. Sean and Jeff were very friendly and immediately responded to our questions. A great cottage and we look forward to returning.
