Newly renovated classic A-Frame cottage in the quiet end of Cape Woolamai. Metres away from the Cape Woolamai Phillip Island Nature Park and its breathtaking views along the coastal walk. Walking distance from the quiet Cleeland Bight beach and the local cafe Wooli General. 10 minutes walk or 1 minute drive to world famous Woolamai surf Beach. All the other attractions of the island are just a short drive away. The recent, thorough renovation includes large windows and sliding glazed back door for plenty of natural light and direct connection to the back garden. Natural cork flooring for warmth and soft feel on your feet, double insulation for thermal comfort and energy saving, achieving a 8 stars NatHERS status. LED lighting throughout with manual rotary dimmer switches to regulate your lighting atmosphere as you wish. Washer/Dryer available. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen bed, the second one with two single beds and two trundles. Double sofa bed in the lounge area on the ground floor allows a total sleeping capacity of 8.
Front garden can be used as parking spot (max 2 cars). Back garden for enjoyment and relaxation. Outdoor furniture available in the shed.

A Relaxing Weekend

Beautiful, quiet, simple and exactly what we needed

My husband, daughter and I needed to spend some time away and this was the perfect little space. We had enough room for the three of us (with space leftover!) and it was so peaceful. Lots of wildlife and greenery, too! Nick was a great host and thought of many little details... we had absolutely everything we needed! Would 1000% recommend

Lively stay

House had everything you needed for a getaway plus more. Clean and comfortable and a short walk to the beach it was a really pleasant stay. Nicolo was very quick to respond to my queries. It was very good value, would definitely recommend it to families and couples.

Exceeded expectations!!

My partner and I enjoyed our getaway. The place was clean and relaxing. Exceeded expectations the place is better than the pictures. Gorgeous and quiet. We enjoyed watching the rabbits hop around as we enjoyed our morning coffee. So close to the beach - can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely house and location

The house was absolutely beautiful, it was hard to leave. Loved the whole experience, there was everything you could possibly need- from kids' books, DVDs, and board games to all the kitchen items. Thank you, highly recommend!

Perfect stay

The house was lovely, very cosy and comfortable, my 3 yr old daughter loved it. Everything you need. Very generous owner who is easy to communicate with. Also very close to the beach, loved listening to the waves at night.

Nicole’s place is awesome. Tastefully and newly designed throughout with great atmosphere and suited to those who appreciate a home with personality. Located close to shops and the beach and all the great sights Philip Island has to offer. We’ll be back.

Second time here and we will return

Love this house and location. Ideal for my daughter and me as a getaway for her surfing comp. On the edge of the National Park it was cllose to the action but so so quiet and nestled in nature. Beach, bay, bunnies and birds. All the b's. We will be back. :)
