Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, tolle Lage direkt am Meer mit Meerblick. Sie ist gut mit allem ausgestattet. Eva war zuvorkommend und immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung kann ich nur wärmsten empfehlen!

Urlaub am Burriana-Strand

Ihr Urlaubsziel liegt in Nerja umgeben von schönen Bergen mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Objekt war nicht fertig, daher mussten wir eine Stunde warten. Außerdem funktionierten die Bäder nicht nach Wünschen. Angeblich fährt ein Bus nach Nerja, aber das stimmt nicht. Wir mussten ein Taxi nehmen.

Bastante bien

En general esta bien. La ubicación es excelente. Por decir algo que mejorar sería que la presión del agua para ducharse es bastante mala en algunas horas del día. Por lo demás hemos estado muy Agusto , las camas son cómodas y la cocina está totalmente equipada. El sofá también es muy cómodo . Nos ha gustado mucho , para repetir.

Verouderd niet onderhouden appartement

Appartement dient volledig gerenoveerd te worden. Muren zijn gebarsten, terrastegels moeten vervangen worden. De inrichting is zeer goedkoop en ouwbollig en niet meer van deze tijd. Keuken is onbruikbaar om eten te maken, geen opbergmogelijkheden en amper 50 cm plaats om echt eten te maken . 1 kastje vrij van 20cm op 25 cm voor al je inkopen. De slaapkamers zijn ruim voldoende evenals de kasten . De twee badkamers dienen gerenoveerd te worden In 1 badkamer was douchen zelfs geen mogelijkheid omdat er amper tot geen water uit de douche kwam en in de andere badkamer was het amper mogelijk je af te spoelen omdat er geen waterdruk was. De verluchting/airco is begrenst op 24 graden en kon geen 2 graden lager( nadelig als het 38 graden is en 30 in de nacht . Uit de airco kwam tijdens ons verblijf een vieze stinkende geur zodat het hele appartement stonk. Dit was ook zo bij de buren en niemand kon dit probleem oplossen . Gevolg : 11 dagen wonen ofwel in de stank ofwel in de hitte . Korst samengevat : dit appartement is niet aan te raden en is niet meer verhuurbaar. Er zijn veel betere appartementen aan burriana die wel in orde zijn en even duur zijn .

Super Lage, direkt am Meer!

Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich von Anfang an schwierig, da die Vermieterin auf Anfragen , per E-Mail vor der Reise kaum reagiert hat. Nachfragen waren mehrfach erforderlich. Vor Ort sind wir dann bei der Adresse der Vermieterin und nicht bei der angemieteten Wohnung gelandet. Die Adressenangabe war etwas verwirrend. Die Vermieterin reagierte allerdings sofort auf unseren Anruf. Der Check-in erfolgte dann komplikationslos. Die Lage der Wohnung entschädigt für alle Dinge, die nicht unbedingt so waren, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Die Wohnung müsste komplett renoviert werden, inkl. des Balkons. Einige Küchengeräte müssten erneuert werden, so z.B. der Wasserkocher, der Wasser verlor. Er musste immer von der Station genommen werden. Die Pfannen sind zerkratzt, Geschirr besteht aus Sammelsurium, etc. Nichts dramatisches, aber wenn alles in Ordnung ist, ist es einfach schöner. Der Balkon müsste neu verfugt und einige Fliesen erneuert werden. Bessere Balkonmöbel und schönere Auflagen, sowie Handtücher würden zum besseren Wohlgefühl beitragen. Ein Sonnenschutz über den gesamten Balkon wäre hilfreich. Des Weiteren wäre es schön gewesen, wenn ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche zum wechseln vorhanden gewesen wären. Es gab zwar eine Waschmaschine, aber kein Waschpulver und, wer hat schon Lust im Urlaub zu waschen. Sonnenschirme die vorhanden gewesen sein sollten waren leider alle defekt und somit unbrauchbar. Das sind alles Kleinigkeiten, aber sie wären auch ohne große Mühe zu beseitigen gewesen. Steckdosenverlängerungen waren aneinander gereiht und hingen herum, nicht schön anzusehen. Ein bisschen mehr Liebe fürs Detail wäre eine große Aufwertung für die Wohnung. In der letzten Woche kam es, wodurch auch immer zu extrem unangenehmer Geruchsbelästigung im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung, sowie aus dem Abfluss des einen Badezimmers. Schade. Die Betten sind total ok., es gab keine Rückenschmerzen. Im großen und ganzen, mit den beschriebenen Abstrichen ist die Lage der Wohnung fantastisch. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Burriana beach

Strandnära med härlig takterrass. Lägenheten skulle behöva en uppfräschning gällande inredning samt byta ut samtliga sängar. Bra att en egen garageplats ingick. Ingen information innan från värd gällande adress samt hur incheckningen skulle gå till. Värdens egna hemadress var det som stod i beskrivningen av boendet vilket gjorde det problematiskt. Dessutom var tiden för incheckning fel. Tillslut mötte värdens son upp oss och guidade oss rätt.

Zum dritten Mal gebucht

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit! Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wie auf den Bildern - ein Traum!!! Beide Schlafzimmer befinden sich zur Straße.

Schönes Apartment in super Lage

Wie bereits im letzten Jahr haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Da die Schlafzimmer auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes liegen, war es nachts auch sehr ruhig.

Hermoso lugar

Cómodo, limpio y luminoso. Frente a la playa. Hermosas vistas al mar. El propietario Heinz fue muy amable y servicial. Volveremos sin duda. Nada caluroso aún siendo ático pues el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente y sin ruidos, terraza suficiente para estar cómodo comiendo o tomando el sol.
