Cute and clean, but pool area is a 2 star max and neighbor under construction
The house is very clean. Lots of mix matched styles throughout. It’s a cabin bungalow kinda thing and a beach house all at the same time. The kitchen is well equipped and probably a circa 2015 renovation. The washer and dryer are outside of the home (interesting) and although 3 full bathrooms is legit, the upstairs hallway tub has no shower plumbing, so if you want to sit in a kinda yucky tub that needs to be deglazed then go for it. My issue is actually the pool. I was charged for pool heat which was refunded after I let them know it isn’t working. So the pool was unusable for us bc December, no full sun, and in need of resurfacing in a bad way. The rim of the pool was just covered in moss. I went and bought some cushions at Home Depot to put on the yuck furniture back there. (Management was nice and offered to reimburse, but it was for my enjoyment while there for the month) The next thing you should know is that the house directly next door is under construction, so at 8am on the dot the noise starts - so don’t stay out too late at night, bc your hangover won’t be a peaceful transition. Speaking of next door, Dan and Sarah put a note on the golf cart we rented telling us to turn off the outside flood lights bc they shine in their bedroom window. So don’t turn those on, and the front porch lights are all blown out so you’ll be in the dark for most of the time with the exception of the pool illumination which can be kinda cool. All the decking needs to be replaced. There are a couple areas where your foot can go through.
