The Villa has one large living room, one fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, one outdoor shower, a parking lot (covered), an outdoor area with garden and solarium. A large patio allows to have lunch or to relax sipping a glass of very tasty local wine outside. You can have a barbecue of local delicious fishes on the yard.
The villa is located 10 minutes walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach of Tonnarella in a really quite residential area (the access is by a dead-end road). Services (supermarket, newsstand, doctor, grocery, pizzeria and restaurants, etc) are few minutes away. The center of Mazara del Vallo is reachable in 10 minutes by car.
The villa is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, bed linen and towels. It is a perfect solution for families and couples.
The location represents an ideal solution to spend a relaxing time enjoying the seaside and/or a perfect base to visit Mazara del Vallo with its historical buildings and churches dating back to the first millenium . From here you can easily visit the Western Sicily: Palermo, San Vito lo Capo, Selinunte, Segesta, Marsala, Trapani, Erice, Egadi Islands, Agrigento, Palermo, Sciacca can be reached and visited during the day. The villa is 30 minutes driving distance from Trapani Birgi airport and 60 minutes from Palermo airport (shuttle services available)

When I came to Mazara several years ago I fell in love with this place.
Since that time, I spent many times my holidays in Mazara.

What makes this property unique
The Villa is in a very quiet area just few minutes from the beach. Its large rooms (all air conditioned), the completely fenced garden, the large patio makes Villa Silvana a perfect place for families with kids or for group of friends to spend a relaxing holiday in a unique location.
From here you can enjoy the beautiful local crystalline sea, the typical Sicilian atmosphere of Mazara with its historical buildings and churches. From here you can easily reach the countless beauties of the Western Sicily
