You are directly across the street from North Beach, so bring your flip flops, sunscreen and your surfboard and get ready to enjoy the sun and sand. North Beach is tidal, so during high tide, head over to Hampton Beach which is only about a mile away.
Located on the quiet end of Hampton, with Hampton Beach just a mile away with arcades, restaurants , live music, weekly fireworks and nightlife.

My husband and I are originally from Canada and have chosen to make Hampton our home. We have 5 children between us, and 2 dogs. We love to hosts guests, and that is why we decided to open up our studio so others can experience the joy of Hampton, NH.

This condo is ideally located in the quite end of Hampton overlooking North Beach. You can walk down to a great little coffee shop, or drive down to many little coastal towns, such as Portsmouth, Newburyport or Kittery.

Welcome to our meticulously furnished oceanfront condo. Enjoy the convenience of parking your vehicle and easily ride to the 3rd floor via elevator. From there, indulge in the breathtaking vista from your deck, where you can watch the rhythmic dance of the ocean waves, engage in people-watching, or be captivated by the awe-inspiring sunsets.
