Whiffletree H1 is a wonderful updated 1 bedroom/1 bath condo located at the base of Killington. You can take a shuttle bus to and from the mountain. Relax by the gas fireplace at the end of a very busy day of skiing or riding. Whiffletree is close to all Killington has to offer. The nightlife is Killington is always rated as number 1 in ski areas in the Northeast. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops to keep you busy when not on the slopes,

The Green Mountains offer many summer activities for the outdoor enthusiast. Killington Resort offers mountain biking trails for all abilities, zip lines and a free fall jump tower for the dare devils and more in the Adventure center. Hike Vermont's Long Trail or branch off on to the Appalachian Trail and discover amazing views and water falls. Rent a Kayak and spend a bucolic day on Kent Pond or go river tubing on the White River. History buffs can enjoy visiting many Revolutionary battlefields as well as taking a trip to The Calvin Coolidge Homestead and Library in Plymouth, VT just 15 minutes from Killington. Woodstock, the quintessential Vermont town, is home to the Billings Farm and Museum and the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park. Vermont's best public golf course, Green Mountain National Golf Course, is located right here Killington as well as the very challenging Killington Golf Course. Cute condo, excellent location

The condo was very comfortable, super clean, and had everything we needed. Was worried about check-in because we are arriving late evening but it was a breeze. The location is amazing. We didn’t take advantage of the shuttle but it is an option. Highly recommend this condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Killington!

This was a great property for a quick weekend trip. It actually has 2 pull out couches in the living room so the kids each had their own bed. The location was great and the ski back trail was so convenient at the end of a long day. The bed in the bedroom left a bit to be desired but I kind of expect the bed to suck at places like this. Overall a great value for the money and we would definitely stay there again.

Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay in Killington at the Wiffletree condos. The condo was exactly what we expected and was close via shuttle to the mountain. Our only feedback is that the blankets we had for our bed/pull out couches were a little dirty and stained so we opted to not use them due to fear that they weren't cleaned. Other than that, perfect place to stay for what we needed.

Great apartment

Very clean and comfortable and accurately advertised. The maintenance service was also extremely responsive. We had an issue with the toilet and it was resolved immediately.

Enjoyed our stay

We’ve stayed in this unit before during ski season and enjoyed it then. The unit has a good layout and is well appointed for two (or even a very small family as there’s multiple pullouts in the living room). We also enjoy the convenience / proximity of Whiffstree to many of Killington’s attractions, in addition to, offering an outdoor pooll on premises. Was a memorable time. Thanks again!

Rental is through an agency not the owner

The property was fine. Communication with the agent renting was difficult. We arrived on the weekend no one was available to speak to until Monday. The agent repeatedly pestered us to sign a rental contract in advance that had a different cancellation policy than VRBO.

At check in, we were warned about the bears so my friend would not let me open the slider. It would have been nice to have a little balcony. All in all, the place was comfortable for 2.

Hi. I left a day early only because I was ties into volunteering for the world cup. However there was mouse poop in the cabinets. I called yesterday about it on my way out and still have not heard anything from the property manager. Very disappointed

I had an enjoyable three day stay during the week. It was a nice, small-ish one bedroom. The check in process was fairly easy, but the office closes at the same time as check in begins, so I had to come back to pick up the info / entry code at closing time.

Nicely appointed-as advertised

As advertised, had everything you would need for a pleasant stay. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed plates, and appliances, and items needed to make meals. Plenty of extra pillows, and both couches pull out to beds, which was not clear going in. Only thing, 3 washing machines across all the condos (like 50 units) is a little light, so bring enough clothes if you can to make it through your stay. Flat screen was nice and cable/internet service top notch.

Great Getaway Home
