Apartment over the beach in Miami

One bedroom apartment, ideally located (Hollywood Beach, Miami). Equipped, decorated and furnished to ensure comfort and enjoyment. It has a privileged view, and a balcony from where you can enjoy the breeze and the sound of the sea. Because of its nearness to the beach, with only a few steps your feet meet the fine and pale sand of Miami, and with some more they get soaked with the transparent water of its sea.

The space
The apartment, with an area of 80 square meters, has a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom, a bedroom and a balcony. From the balcony you can enjoy both the view, the breeze and the noise of the sea. Everything is planned for your comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen is properly equipped, with toaster, dishwasher, oven, blender, dishes, etc. The living room has a comfortable sofa with the possibility of transforming it into a queen size bed, and a television. The room has two Queen beds and a television. The apartment has cable and wifi service. Each floor of the building has a laundry equipped with washing machines and dryers for guests use. The apartment has towels (both for the beach and personal use of the guest), a transportable refrigerator, umbrellas and sun lounges to enjoy the beach.

Guest access
The building has a swimming pool, heated pool, gym, mini market, 24 hour security, laundry, parking (at guest's expense) and the possibility of sending packages at a cost of 5 USD per package.

Other things to note
It is essential to send in advance the information of the guests of the department (names and document numbers) in order to grant them to the administration of the building and enable them to enter it. It is essential to contact in advance the person in charge of your stay (their name and contact will be provided after making the reservation) and that you specify the details of your stay to arrange the delivery of keys, wifi passwords, and others, to avoid unwanted delays. At your arrival you will be charged with 20 USD for each key copy. No pets allowed. Smoking and events are prohibited.
