celebrating 70

We had a group of nine staying at Eric’s house, celebrating one of our members 70th birthday. Had a wonderful time, so close to the track. Enough room for everyone. Loved the pool and hot tub. Eric couldn’t be more accommodating and answered your questions immediately. Would stay at this hom again.

Summer in Saratoga

House was exactly as listed, verywell maintained and stocked with anything we couls think of. Host was great at communicating sny questions we had. Our family had a great time.

Awesome weekend with lifetime friends!

Eric’s home is spacious, beautiful and very clean! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The highlight was a well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to make a few great meals. Lots of room to sit around a table and play games or to go to separate parts of the house for a quiet moment. Home is also close to downtown Saratoga which is a wonderful town with plenty of restaurants, parks and places to hang out. Loved our stay and would absolutely love to come back soon! E.H.

Great Home

We had a great couple of days. Eric gave us an early check in which was big plus. Check in was easy with numeric keypad Backyard was awesome . Plenty of both shade and sun. Great house

We enjoyed the stay here. The pool is great and location is right in the center of the track, downtown, and concert venue. We had an issue with the prior tenant left a few issues for us and Eric was on it right away. Would stay here again.

Huge house with wonderful pool and hot tub!

I stayed with my husband and 10 yo daughter and some old friends from college with their teen - all ages were pleased! The house was lovely and well-equipped, check-in was easy, Eric was very accommodating and while we had no needs while we were there, I have no doubt he would have addressed them promptly. The pool was beautiful with lots of pool toys and the hot tub was lovely. We enjoyed the pool so much that we never got to actually visit the town! I guess we will have to try again!

Great Gathering Spot

Perfect house to gather friends around the pool or on the back deck. It's in a quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown Saratoga and the track. It's only 1 mile from the Fresh Market. Although we didn't use the pool, it would be perfect for families with kids.

Perfect place for friends / family home base for a college graduation weekend. Plenty of space. Pool and hot tub were great! Host was very responsive when we needed him.

Jazz Fest Weekend

Let me begin by saying thank you to our host/property manager Eric who was wonderful to work with from start to finish and he was a tremendous help since our previously booked rental cancelled on us 3 days before our arrival. The house was wonderful! Clean. Comfortable. Cozy. Huge. There were 7 adults in our group and at no point did we feel crowded. There is plenty of space for what you may want to do. Although the majority of our time was spent at the park, everything we needed plus more was found at the house. The Pool. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space are amazing. What a great way to end your days…a refreshing dip in the pool and then the hot tub and then an evening snack and glass of wine on the patio or deck…both equally wonderful. 5 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms. 3 refrigerators. Pool. Hot tub. Pool floats. Pump. Gourmet kitchen. Patio. Deck. Nice neighborhood. Conveniently located…close to the action of town but far enough away for some peacefulness. Add an extra day on your trip so you can enjoy the whole house. That’s my plan for next year.

Nice property

The property was as pictured and great for a weekend getaway. Some of the furniture was not as clean as it could have been (food and cigarette buds in the couch cushions, old balloons on top of cabinets) but overall we felt very comfortable.
