Great Location

This was a great location right on Main St that allowed our party to easily access all of the shopping and restaurants right on Main. Overall, it was perfect for our party of three sisters but I would not recommend it for families or more than one couple. Pros: - Accessibility to Main - great great great location! - Responsiveness of management, the wifi wasn't working and the management responded within the hour to after-hour requests. Great job! - Decor - the rooms were well-decorated, this is an older property that looks like it has the original hard-wood floors and a clawfoot tub - Hot tub/Patio - this was a highlight of the location. We loved using it at the end of the evening to relax and it felt very secluded and private despite being just behind Main St. Cons: - Parking - since it's on Main, parking can be challenging at times - Privacy - We rented 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. But could hear everything from the 3rd bedroom. And I'm sure those guests were probably disturbed by the noise from our light conversations. We could literally hear them watching something on their phones and rustle plastic bags. It really sounded like they were IN our bedroom. Additionally, from the middle bedroom, you can only access the living room/kitchen/bathroom by going through the other bedroom. - Accessibility - The entire suite is only accessible via a staircase. Not a big deal for our group but may be an issue for those with accessibility needs. The beds are also very high (although the king bed did have stairs to help). In addition, the clawfoot tub was high and challenging to get in and out of. - Storage - There are no closets or dressers in the bedrooms so you're basically living out of your suitcase - Bathroom/Kitchenette - The layout of the bathroom is strange. Inside the condo, the bathroom is only accessible from the kitchenette. And there is no door between the kitchenette and the bathroom... just an open doorway. The kitchenette has a door separating it from the living room. Also, the beauty of the clawfoot tub is detracted by two oversized shower curtains. It's necessary since this is the only shower but was very odd. Also, the kitchenette does not have a sink so any dishes have to be handwashed in the bathroom sink.

Great spot in the middle of everything.

This is a great place to experience downtown Fredericksburg. You are right in the prime Main Street area for shopping and dining. Clean and well maintained rooms.

Amazing vacation!!

Great place! Our group had suite 2 and the middle bedroom. The beds were heavenly and the soaps were almond base-first class all the way! The hot tub and patio allowed our group to chill and relax. The kitchenette had a refrigerator and microwave. Overall I would highly recommend this place! If an opportunity presents itself my group will return.

This place is great! Right in the heart of Main St with the best shop downstairs that has everything you could need; breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dessert! The place was very clean and offered the best amenities. Definitely recommend!

Great Location!

This is in a great location, right on the strip!! The unit was clean, well decorated and had comfy beds!!! The only downside is I am a light sleeper and I could hear noises from a connecting room. Other than that it was a great weekend!! Thanks for the hospitality!!

Great location!

Location was fantastic! I’ve stayed at many places in Fredricksburg and this location was by far my favorite! It’s definitely a girls trip location or couple location. I wouldn’t stay with two couples due to the having to walk through one bedroom to get to the bathroom or common room but other than that it was a nice place with a nice outdoor patio with hot tub which is nice since the town shuts down pretty early except for a few bars/restaurants.
