Relaxing getaway

We had such a relaxing vacation at this beautiful property! The pool and spa were fantastic and the neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. The host was quick to respond to all questions and very accommodating.

Great Place to Stay Awhile

The house has a sweet feel and is well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture. The fun den, which is completely separate from the rest of the house, came in really handy on several occasions. Great internet connection. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We enjoyed riding the bikes. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Marti is the best host--he deserves all his stars!March can be a windy month in the desert and this one was particularly so. The only negative of our stay were thefew days where wind and air quality deterred us from being outside.

Great property, great Host

Marti was an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Prior to our visit, she was honest enough to warn us that there was the beginning of some construction that might stir up some dust and noise. It turned out to be minor, but I appreciated her being candid. The property is very nice - the pool and spa were excellent. The kitchen was well appointed and the house overall is clean and organized.

Fantastic House!

We really enjoyed this house - the location was central to everything you need. The house was nicely decorated and had everything you need. The pool and backyard was very enjoyable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We will be back!

Beautiful with a great location

This house is exactly like the pictures. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked and has other items that we forgot from our first trip to the store which was a nice surprise. The host was very prompt with any inquiries or help I needed. Wonderful Place, Many Thoughtful Touches

We had a wonderful stay, which was just as lovely, clean and well maintained as described in the pictures. Marti has truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and with anything you could possibly need. He was highly responsive and helpful, even though to be honest we could not find anything he had not already thought of. Would highly recommend for a lovely stay.

Overall the property was great. It was exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures. Cleanliness could be improved. Some bedding was stained/not washed, garage was very cluttered, used pool towels left hanging in garage, drain on the patio was plugged with sand so condensate from the AC soaked the outdoor mat.

Stylish relaxation

Pros: Easy booking and arrival, the property is very welcoming and the home was just as expected. Clean, well equipped for cooking and enjoying the pool and hot tub out back. The yard is very private which was lovely. There were so many small extras that made our stay smooth and easy. Everything to enjoy the pool, (plastic glasses, sunscreen, beach towels, toys, extra patio cushions and umbrellas if needed.) The kitchen had spices and condiments so if we forgot something, we were able to still create a meal; very thoughtfully appointed. Shopping and restaurants were close. We had a few minor questions that the owner responded to immediately. It's a lovely property in a quiet neighborhood close to fantastic golf and a short drive to many restaurants and stores. Cons: I wish there was a cocktail shaker, the frying pans need to be replaced and a drawer in the master was unusable as it was broken. All very minor. two side notes: 1, The owners were very helpful about letting us in early due to flight schedules and also offered us to stay into the afternoon on checkout day. Very much appreciated. 2, The master bath and toilet are open to the master bedroom so there isn't much privacy in that quarter. We didn't mind but some may.

We enjoyed our visit to PSP. This home was more than we could have asked for. Owner has a gem in the desert! Clean, well stocked, accommodating, perfect space, beautiful yard and pool. Could not have asked for more!

Great for a family.

House was in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Liked the open floor plan and the primary bedroom being in a different area from the other bedrooms. Was extremely well stocked with everything you would need. Pool could use some updating.

Perfect vacation home in Palm Desert

We absolutely loved staying here. It had everything we were looking for. The kids loved the pool and we all loved how spacious the home was and how it had everything we could possibly need. The view was so beautiful and the neighbourhood was lovely. We loved how Marty kept in touch with us if we had any questions or concerns. This home was located close to Costco and Walmart and it was just a short drive away to El Paseo and the Zoo. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a phenomenal week here! The house was so gorgeous, with everything you could need or want. The restaurant recommendations by Marti were great, as well. He was so communicative and helpful. We canā€™t wait to come back!

Perfect getaway

One of the best vacation home rentals in Palm Desert! Home had absolutely everything we needed for our stay, plus extras. It was such a pleasure walking in, complete zen vibe, immaculately clean and it just felt like home. Communication with owner was flawless as was checking in/out. Rental is minutes from restaurants and grocery stores, great location! Me and my family really enjoyed our quality time here, looking forward to staying here again!
