This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit boasts a private, furnished balcony with breathtaking views of the emerald coast’s sugar-white sands. The master bedroom features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a spacious bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on top), ideal for kids and teens. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for any home chef, complete with wide countertops and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Clean, Spacious and Convenient

This property was perfect our family (2 kids, ages 4&6). The condo was super clean and newly remodeled. It was really spacious as well. Having the full kitchen was great for us to make some of our meals in. We also took advantage of the washer and dryer, which was a great amenity to have. The room was close to the elevator as well. The pool is a nice size and the kids enjoyed it. The beach is super close as well and easily accessible. This property far exceeded my expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only recommendation would be to offer more ways to hang wet towels/swim suits.

This unit was extremely clean. It was the first I didn't have to do any cleaning before I could start my vacation. Communication with Sugar Sands was very professional and prompt. Great Place!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The condo itself was clean and beautifully decorated! The view is wonderful! Our 1 year old was with us on this trip and the place was fairly easy to baby proof upon arrival! The balcony having the glass instead of the rails was also wonderful with our 1 year old. The complimentary chairs and umbrella is also an amazing benefit! The property was also nice and they have onsite security so that’s a nice added touch. The next time we come to Destin we will certainly be staying here again!

Beautiful room - just a couple complaints

The included beach chairs were nice. The elevators took forever and were old and dirty. The tv in the master room was hard to navigate and would shut off. The pool was so hot it felt like bath water. Overall happy with the look inside the condo and the location.

Sterling Sands was a win

We very much enjoyed our recent stay at Sterling Sands. Everything from the unit we stayed in, to the pool, to the elevator were clean. Anyone we encountered working at the property were nice and helpful. The only thing lacking was livingroom seating space. We had a smallish couch and a couple of straight back chairs. Great if you are sitting straight up while watching a movie, but not great for lounging. Inevitably one or two of us would end up on the floor with some pillows. Besides that we were happy!

Very nice upgraded 2 BR condo on the beach

This condo is everything as advertised. It appears everything has been upgraded from flooring to kitchen to bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with good quality dishes, refrigerator, and utensils. The only knock is the stove could be better, but it works fine. The only other negative is the bedroom is on the north side of the building and the traffic noise is pretty loud starting early in the morning. This is only a minor issue and is offset by all the other positives of the condo and location. The Sterling Sands complex is also taken care of very well, very clean and grounds are well maintained. The location is great and ocean views are excellent. The heated pool and hot tub are great amenities. The gas grills are good quality and in very good condition. This is a great place to stay in Destin!

Beautiful place! Loved the view of the Gulf! The mattress in the master bedroom was soft and uneven. Should be replaced. But other than that would stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: Condo was very clean except for the primary bedroom quilt and all the wine glasses & coffee mugs were gross so we used the plastic cups & paper products we brought. Both bedrooms are on a very noisy road so bring ear plugs or turn on the bathroom fans bc they were perfect white noise to drown out the traffic. The condo above us was jack hammering all day for one day we were there and then there was constant pressure washing all the other days. Just a very loud place to stay. Lots of security and private so we felt safe. The free beach chairs and umbrella were nice but it is 9-5 and reserve early. The balcony furniture is comfy, primary bed is visibly sunken but it didn’t bother us, the couch is hard as a rock. TV instructions are for a different remote and we couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work at all. The washer only holds 3 towels so be prepared for tiny loads. The owner refused a partial refund for the incessant noise but the management company was great to work with and refunded our cleaning fee for the nasty dishes and we would use the agency again. The pool was beautiful and crystal clear all day and the property is non smoking so that was so nice!

Great stay!

The condo was just as pictures show it. It was a very comfortable stay, the kitchen was fully stocked too so cooking in a few nights was very easy. The only complaint is the walls are a bit thin, if you’re a light sleeper make sure to bring some ear plugs because you can hear the street noise and cars and every loud neighbor. All in all it was a great stay and we will be back!!
