The Busted ATV Resort in beautiful Bramwell, West Virginia, is the place to stay! Less than a mile ride from Hatfield McCoy trail head and 5 miles from Virginia Spearhead trails. Pinnacle Rock State park look out deck is just one mile from out front door.
How to find us?
We are Located in Bramwell on Hwy 52 just one mile north of Pinnacle Rock state park . Don't always trust your GPS using addresses in WV. Tell your Google maps to take you to Busted ATV Resort.
Cleaning fee may be refunded if the home is left in the condition it was found.
Reasons that we would partially refund or not refund any amount back to you are but not limited to:
Any damage to the property
Permanent stains to linens
Mud tracked into the house
Loss of property
If any Pets are brought onto the property
If you see any problems within the home upon entry we must be notified with in two hours of your arrival.
You are NOT responsible for washing linens or making the beds.
Winter rates and reservations between December 1st and March 1st must be approved through VRBO MAIL with us.

What makes this property unique
Here at Busted ATV Resort, one of the ways we offer you large beautifully remolded homes for a Great Price In-season months (April - October)is by Winterizing our homes during the cold months. This greatly reduces our cost and yours. If your planing a winter trip and would like to use the Resort contact us first. We make several trips throughout the winter season and can discount your 3 night minim stay if it aligns with our schedule. We require a one months notice on Bookings from mid November to Mid March. To book our places you must first do an inquiry on the dates you would like to book.
