COMPLETELY REMODELED AND UPDATED luxury furnished condo with beautiful views of the surrounding hills from your balcony. Located on the top floor of a quiet building, Texas flair abounds with authentic and rustic décor throughout. Tastefully and comfortably furnished, with some one-of-a-kind items that give it real character and reflect its lake and hill country surroundings. This is a great place for those who like peace and quiet yet want to be an easy drive from the city and the University of Texas.

High vaulted ceilings, fire place, fully equipped with everything, great light, and very quiet. All new appliances, including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV, cable and internet. Remodeled bathroom with slate tile shower and double vessel sinks. New granite counters throughout. Vintage artwork along with Austin-themed paintings by local artists make this a warm and welcoming place to call home. A variety of books and antiques along side newly purchased contemporary furnishings (mostly Restoration Hardware and Crate & Barrel). This unit has just about everything you would ever need but yet is very spacious and free of any clutter. There will be plenty of room for your personal things, but this condo has all that you would need to move right in with just your suitcase. Master bedroom has custom made king size rustic wagon wheel bed.

Second bedroom has custom built vintage water ski shelves, rustic locker with vintage Nintendo and games, and comfortable full size bed. Lots of nice little touches so you can feel really at home. There are attractive wood floors throughout the entire unit. No carpet, but there is a beautiful oriental rug in the living room. There is comfortable patio furniture for the balcony. Keurig coffee maker, waffle iron, and sushi rice maker are among the many appliances and items for use and enjoyment. There is an electric grill for the balcony as well. (no gas or charcoal are allowed) Dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave all work well. There is an incredibly comfortable leather sofa that you just sink into. This condo would be well suited for someone relocating to Austin, working remotely, taking an extended vacation, or here for a short work contract/assignment. There is on assigned parking space (directly across from the condo) and one individual private garage located a short walk down the hill from the condo (but within the complex). Garage remote will be provided. Friendly complex has a great pool, jacuzzi and gym. This is direct from the owner, no agents involved, near the 360 bridge in the elegant North West Hills area of Austin (near Davenport Village). Wholefoods Market less than 15 minutes drive, along with Arboretum shopping and restaurants. A 10 minute drive to the Lake Travis area and an easy walk to the public boat ramp for Lake Austin. Emma Long Park is a short ride from the condo. Bull Creek Greenbelt is very close by as well.

Price includes everything (all utilities - including fast internet). Cleaning services available upon request. Owner will work with renter on other needs and/or requests to make stay more comfortable. This is a beautiful and comfortable condo that you will enjoy calling home.

HOA will require guest/tenant enter into standard lease agreement upon completion of lease application.

Why they chose this property

Honestly this condo is located in one of the loveliest neighborhoods in all of Austin. There is a reason that they call the street "Shepherd Mountain" as the elevation gives rise to simply stunning views. The neighborhood is surrounded by opulent homes.

What makes this property unique

Great location - easy to commute to downtown Austin without ever having to get on a highway. However, the location is also convenient to great shopping and entertainment near the Domain. If you want to be near Lake Austin, like to hike, and enjoy the best natural beauty that Austin has to offer, you will like this condo.

Private garage is a wonderful amenity for those that are looking to keep their vehicle from baking in the Texas heat. 120 volt power outlet in garage provides opportunity for EV charging as well.
