This vacation home is a 3-story walk-up without elevator access. On the ground floor, there is a garage and patio balcony. The second floor is home to the kitchen and dining room, plus a balcony. The 3rd floor has the primary bedroom suite and private bayfront balcony.

The gated community is a mere two blocks from the beautiful South Padre Island beach. Parking is easily accessible and Tortuga Bay also has some great outdoor amenities. There is a beautiful, bayfront, gradual-entry pool with seating. Bonus: Tortuga Bay has outdoor restrooms by the pool for your convenience. Are you looking to do some fishing while on the island? A boat slip is assigned, and you'll have your own personal spot. There is also a fish cleaning station by the water for you and your fisher-family. If you're looking for some local dining, Tortuga Bay is also only 5 minutes away from Cap 'n Roy's, known for seafood and Mexican food fare.

Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
