Beautiful place to get away.

This home is located at the end of the road, somewhat secluded , with beautiful views all around. I loved just sitting on the front porch watching the sun go down.My kids had so much fun in the game room and the hot tub was amazing! Plus Red River Gorge Hiking and activities are just a short drive away! Would totally stay here again!

Fall break get away

There were 4 siblings with significant other and a niece/ nephew college student that stayed at the house. We had such a wonderful time. The house was perfect!! We enjoyed making dinner and sitting at the table eating with each other. The hot tub was most enjoyable after spending the day hiking the trails. At night we star gazed then had a ping pong and dart challenge. Wish we could have stayed longer Would highly recommend staying here!!! Elizabeth was wonderful to work with and responded promptly to all my questions

Best rental we have ever had!

This was by far the best vrbo rental we have ever had! Absolutely imaculate clean, easy checkin and out, perfect location, best hosts ever! We were going to stop using VRBO due to previous stays but this rental was perfect. Well stocked and supplies. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, spices and coffee, utensils and bowls/plates/pans etc. The hosts will reply to you FAST with any questions! Can't say enough good about this rental.

Absolutely Perfect!

This cottage and and the beautiful property it is on could not have been any more perfect. Our children (ages 8-12) had the best time! We came down for a short stay over Memorial Day weekend and just did not have enough time! The game room is awesome. The hot tub was perfect temp upon arrival. We could not have imagined the peace we would feel there. Absolutely Perfect!

Just what we wanted!

Great relaxing place to stay with enough to do for our active teenagers. Very clean! Kids loved the pool table, arcade and hot tub. I loved the front porch swings. Beautiful, peaceful place to come back to after hiking and kayaking the Gorge. Definitely recommend!

Spring break

Very pleasant stay in a nicely remodeled home. It was very clean, everything worked, kids ….and old folks enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Very handy to sate and national park. Will stay again.

Very peaceful property tucked back in the country and only 20min from red river gorge and many other popular hikes in Daniel Boone. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Place

The location of the property is secluded at a dead end road. Which we loved. The views were amazing. The property owners were kind was immediately there if we needed anything. The house was beautiful. The game room we spent a lot of time in and had a blast. The hot tub was awesome. Fully loaded with pots and pans everything you needed right there. The beds were comfortable. Our family had an amazing time thank you will definitely be back

Short road trip

Six adults decided to get away for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. The hot tub was a BIG plus! It was very private and easy to find with the owner's instructions. Close to many adventures in the Red River Gorge area of Kentucky!

Amazing Property

I couldn't have been more impressed with this property. I'm a bit of a clean freak and this was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. Everything was just as it was in the pictures. Super private, a perfect romantic getaway. 100% will stay here again. The only suggestion I have for visitors of this property is bring some cooking spray. The pans are definitely not non stick. Lol.

Nice cabin with great hosts

Cabin was great, exactly as described. Had salt and pepper already and full ice trays which is strangely noteworthy. Tub was clean and operational, check out list was good (none of the mow the grass, clean the windows nonsense). After leaving realized we had forgotten something at the cabin and the hosts mailed it to us which is very kind. Would recommend staying here.

We are James and Elizabeth Roach. We have lived on Tip Top Road in Beattyville most of our 32 years of marriage. We have two daughters, Megan and Michaela. We also have Bill's Place Cabin vacation rental on Tip Top Road. We purchased this house in 2014 and decided to offer it as a vacation rental as well. We love living here and want to offer visitors an opportunity to enjoy it too.

The property is just 15-20 miles from Natural Bridge State Park and The Red River Gorge. You can visit those areas then come back to the house to enjoy your private space.
