The property was perfect.Clean and well presented.Close to many ammenities.Code lock initially difficult to open although not an issue.Thank you to the owner. Garry
Property was clean and well kept, had a little trouble getting in at gate and with code on door as hard to see. Great location. Steps steep for elder person
A great option for a quick stop over stay.
My gps took me to the car park 100 meters from property, thankfully Michael was able to kindly give me step by step instructions over the phone on how to find the property and how to use secure pin door lock.
Being a first visit to port Macquarie, I loved the location being central in town, and right opposite a kids play park, but didn’t realise it’s on one of the busiest streets. Being a light sleeper the car noise is constant all day and night and right outside the window with traffic lights.
The beds and linen are so comfortable, all provided for, and master room very spacious. The property is clean and tidy and nicely styled and equipped with just about everything you may possibly need. It does need a little more love though as it has quite a lot of wear and tear and some things broken.
The whole building complex is fairly run down.
Some more blinds and curtains that aren’t sheer would feel more secure for privacy. The neighbours are walking past, however very friendly.
A photo of the stairs on the listing would be handy - my 80yo mum and 2yo son found them difficult.
Overall the value for money is good, and loved the central location. I feel it’s better for short quick weekend stays and just be prepared for a lot of traffic noise.
Clean and Modern, but could do with a few minor additions to the inventory.
The numbers and symbols on the electronic numeric keypads are difficult to read in the evening and night times.
Furniture is all new (seems to be IKEA throughout) and comfortable.
With just 2 large stainless steel lidded pots, 1 saucepan, 2 frying pans and no serving dishes or serving spoons self-catering was a challenge.
More rolls of toilet tissues would have been good, so that we didn't have to go to the shops to replenish.
Clean and tidy villa. Plenty of room. Stairs a bit narrow and steep care required going down. Number pad lock at front door hard to see in direct sunlight. Great having undercover car parking off street.

Nice place for a brief gateaway
To follow the directions to check-in was odd, had to keep retracking our steps.
The key pad was hard to read as stated in the check in process
There was rubbish under the beds that we disposed of.
Couple of holes in the walls & doors that where painted over.
Wouldn't bring younger children due to the safety of the staircase.
The family space & kitchen area was great.
It was a good spot to get away too, close to areas of interest and price was good.
Initial communication was difficult, but resolved In time.
Property was clean but hot and stuffy on arrival. Lounge fan was very clunky.
Some stained towels in bathroom which was off putting.
During a freak storm during my stay, unfortunately some damage occurred. Whilst keeping the owner updated, I was hung up on with no support or consideration about our stay.
Due to water throughout ground level and power cut due to storm we left a night earlier to stay else where, no refund offered.

Needs improvements
Was good that it was close to shops and cafes and restaurants in walking distance but there was a lack of privacy from neighbours walking past, so there was no court yard to sit outside in privacy, also think it needs pest control, there were a few cockroaches. Very hard to read the numbers on the key pad so needs updating. Newish kitchen and bathroom but maybe a bit more styling to the rest of the townhouse would make it more appealing.
Great accommodation in a convenient location. All the creature comforts, plus some thoughtful extras. Appreciated the washer and dryer after a few days on the road! 🚙. Would recommend! 😃
We had a family reunion of 4 generations the location was perfect.
The property provided all the comforts and facilities to facilitate a great stay in home town Port Macq. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to friends and family.
Really nice place. Our stay was only short (stopover between Gold Coast and Sydney) so cant really say too much. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable. The place is really nice and cute. Towels, bedding, shampoo all supplied. The only real downside is the noise from the road. Hoons driving crazy at all hours of the night but apart from that a really nice place.
