Comfortable apartment is situated in a quiet historical district, few steps away from the Diocletian Palace, in the very heart of the Old City.
Apartment is a part of an origin building which is more then 200 years old, and it is a part of city heritage, protected by UNESCO due to its historical value. Apartment is located on the 2nd floor and since the building is a part of the city heritage there is no elevator in the building. Apartment is 47 square meters in size and it's equipped with everything you need for shorter and longer period of stay.
Suitable for two or more people if you don't mind to sleep on a pull out sofa bed. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed, full equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities, living room equipped with a sofa bed which is an additional bed for two people, LCD TV with cable channels and a private bathroom with a washing machine.
Free WIFI is available in the whole apartment.
Because the apartment is in the very center, there is no free parking lots closeby.
Location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the city, all the main attraction are nearby as well as restaurants, boutiques, museums, art galleries, caffe bars and etc.

Spacious and great location

Anja was an excellent host for our stay in Split. The flat was spacious and well fitted with all the amenities you may need for a visit (washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer etc). Great location, only a couple minutes walk from the harbour and near lots of restaurants and bars. We had a great time on our trip, thank you Anja!

Fantastic old town apartment

Firstly Anja was a wonderful host very friendly and helpful. The apartment was just as the photos show but even nicer and very clean the location of apartment also spot on could not fault a thing during our wonderful stay in Split.Also we have to compliment Petar Anja’s father he picked us up and dropped us off to the airport such a lovely man it was a pleasure meeting them both.

Perfect Location, Great Amenities

The location was perfectly situated in a quiet alley off a main walkway. It was literally steps from history, restaurants, and fun. The house was updated nicely. The air conditioner worked wonderfully even on very hot days. The washing machine was really helpful to limit our clothes needed. We also relearned how to us a clothesline! Peter met us at the entrance of old town and helped us get situated. The owners couldn’t have been nicer. Great way to visit split for a couple!

Great place!

My family had a wonderful time. Really unique and authentic old town apartment but nicely renovated. The treats were a nice touch and the hosts very kind and responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

Petar and his daughter Anje ensured there was every comfort necessary in their beautiful apartment right in the centre of Old Town Split and were the most obliging hosts even facilitating a late check out and luggage store to accommodate our flight departure. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone wishing to avail of staying in this area of Split

sehr schöne bestens ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön und gemütlich, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Top Geräten und hat ein sehr schönes Bad. Die Lage ist zentral, mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Split. Ein Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Very clean apartment. Had a kitchen so we could cook breakfast in the morning to save some money for all the fun that’s available around the city. My favorite.... AIR CONDITIONING. very comfortable and certainly recommend.

Great place in old town Split

Anja and her father were excellent hosts, they got us from the airport, showed us around the place, and we're always in close communication. Their place is in a great location, and has everything you need for a long stay (we stayed for 6 weeks, and worked from home during our stay). Thanks for everything!

Better than expected.

Awesome Split Apartment

Thank you Anja, Your apartment is so conveniently located. It is beautiful and very comfortable. Right around the corner to a market. Anja kindly met us where the taxi dropped us off and walked us to our home for a week. We would still be wandering otherwise. This is a really really perfect home and Anja was super to deal with.
