Brand new Owasco Lake home

This brand new, beautiful home sits on 75 level feet on the west side of Owasco Lake. Wake up to stunning sunrises and beautiful lake views. The first floor boasts a king bedroom, bathroom, living room, and beautiful fully furnished kitchen. The beautifully appointed kitchen has soapstone counters and stainless steel appliances.The second floor has a queen bedroom, bathroom, living room, and 3 additional beds. There is also a laundry room on the second floor. There are large screen televisions in the living rooms, and smaller flatscreen televisions in the bedrooms. Cable and wi-fi are provided. 2 sets of sliding glass doors provide access to the stone patio and lake front. A gas grill and patio furniture are included for your use. You can access the lake from the dock, or wade in at the stone beach area.
During your stay, be sure to visit the numerous local wineries, golf courses, and the Merry-Go-Round Theater.

Perfect Weekend on the Lake with Family!

Pat is truly the most gracious owner. We enjoyed a weekend on the lake with three generations of family. The home worked seamlessly and the views were truly stunning, especially the sunrises and sunsets. Pat equipped the home with everything you need and more. Cannot say enough positive things about this VRBO.

Owasco in October

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. The house was clean and easy to feel at home. The location is close to Auburn and Skaneatles so Uber rides were easy to get. The neighbors are close but we never felt our privacy was compromised. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice Lake House

Absolutely Perfect

Beautiful property right on the lake-great for morning coffee as well as outdoor home-cooked dinners. The beds were very comfy, the new kitchen well stocked, the bathrooms were beautiful, and it was super clean and well cared for. Pat the owner/host was wonderful. He was very communicative and it's quite obvious the love and pride he has in owning this lovely home.

Wonderful stay on the banks of Lake Owasco

We really enjoyed the location and made use of the dock for our fishing guide to pick us up and drop us off on one of the days. We played some of the games and enjoyed the patio and the little “beach” access to swim (briefy-brrr!) in the lake in May! We would love to return and next time hope to stay even longer! Thanks Pat, we loved Sparbuck!

Fantastic Girls Weekend

The house was very clean and Pat was very friendly! The view of the lake was beautiful, unfortunately we were there too early in the year to enjoy swimming in the lake. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice house to host a friends get together.

Great getaway

Our stay with my family and friends were fantastic. The place was well accomodating for all of us. The boat slip was perfect and we were able to get our boat out and about pretty easily. We would be happy to stay there again next year!

Memorable spot

The outside makes the place appear small and unassuming. But inside, the 'Ah Hah!!!' moment comes when going downstairs. I don’t want to spoil it, but lets just say the pictures don't do this place justice!

Stunning property

I believe this was our 4th time at Patrick’s property. Always clean, everything you need in the kitchen. The weather held for us, so even though it was late October, we were able to enjoy the patio right at the waterfront. Thanks again Patrick

Modern lake house

Very nice property but no window treatments and sun shone in early in morning and main areas got hot with there only being airconditioning in the 2 bedrooms. Also steep stairs to access main living area. If over 60 years old or trouble with stairs this home is not for you. It was really difficult taking luggage and food supplies down. Amazing patio outside once you were able to get downstairs. Would rate it an 8 because of stairs , no airconditioning, and lack of window treatments.Easy fixes if outside ramp or incline type of path would be put in and room darkening window treatments provided.

Great week on Owasco Lake!

Had a great week on the lake with friends and family! The house was perfect, and had everything we needed to make for a great visit to my hometown.....will be on our short, short list for future visits!

Gorgeous lake views!

Thank you to Patrick and Debbie for sharing your beautiful home with us! There are lovely lake views from nearly every window. You provided everything we needed and so didn’t have to haul bedding, towels soaps etc. The men loved fishing off the dock, caught lots of perch and fried them up in the well-stocked kitchen. Yum! Great sunrises and sunsets, relaxing times spent kayaking and floating in the water and boating. This is a great location - so close to Auburn and Skaneatles and all that those towns have to offer. We enjoyed every minute!

Beautiful Home and View

Pictures do not do this house justice. Hands down one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed, and we travel a lot for work. We were upstate for an Olympic Weighlifting event and the house was big enough for my husband and 5 athletes we had to coach during our stay. Pat was so friendly and quick to respond. He even came out and watched some of the event, and it was so great to see him there. He truly felt like a friend from the start, he gives you a nice tour of the home and shares a very sweet story to go along with it. Thank you so much for hosting Pat and Debbie. We would love to stay again in future trips to Auburn, hopefully in warmer weather and not work related!!

Great vacation on Owasco Lake

My family stayed at Patrick’s wonderful home on Owasco Lake. The house is fully stocked with anything you might need and was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed at. The home had so many personal touches and we enjoyed hearing the stories of each piece. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning on the back deck and listening to the waves outside our windows at night. Thank you for a wonderful week!
