Your comfortable 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath Town House on Capitol Hill locates you walking distance of the Capitol, Union Station and Whole Foods. Shopping and the H street trolley/X2 bus Starbucks, CVS, Wells Fargo and Chase Bank are steps away.

The main floor has a full kitchen, dining area, deck, half bath, work area, and TV.
The second floor has a master with king bed and deck for star gazing. It also has the front bedroom with queen sized bed and desk area.
Third floor, you'll find a king-sized bedroom with view deck and fourth bedroom with 3 twin sized beds (can be converted to one king and one twin bed) The third floor also has a washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom.

Off street and single car garage parking included.

Perfect Spot for a Family Trip to DC

Everything about this property was just perfect for our family's trip to D.C., but I want to especially call out the convenient location. We did not have a car with us and there is a Whole Foods, a Starbucks, and a CVS literally within hundreds of feet, not to mention numerous restaurants and a book shop within walking distances. Highly convenient for those visiting without a car.

This was the perfect place for our group of four couples to spend a week exploring Washington DC! The owners were quick to respond to any questions. The property was very clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was an easy walk to Metro, and close to Whole Foods, Starbucks and restaurants. This was the Best VRBO property that we stayed at. Our Host thought of everything that you may need for your first night there, plus. They had a little coffee for the next morning, soap in the bathroom, laundry detergent, two coffee pots, a tea kettle, etc. Our group was very impressed. We would absolutely stay here again.
