This fully renovated Raised Ranch has everything your family and friends need for a time well spent. This house has 3 bedrooms plus a family/game room and one extra room with beds can accommodate up to 10 people, with all new furniture and mattresses, linens and towels provided. This modern space has ultra fast free WiFi which spreads throughout the whole 1.1 acre property. Imagine yourself with friends on the huge wraparound deck that has a 6 person hot tub, enjoying beautiful views of the Pocono mountains in the sunset or under the stars.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms with all new furniture and mattresses, a full bath, an office for remote studies and a game/family room.

The second floor has the great master bedroom with direct access to the second full bath. The second floor also has a fully equipped, brand new kitchen with a charming breakfast area and stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. Utensils and kitchenware includes dishes, pots, pans, cups, mugs, glasses and wine glasses. All new for your convenience. The dining area has an oversized table that seats 12 comfortably. The living area with a large designer leather couch is great for spending quality time on cozy evenings with family and friends. The living room opens up to the furnished wraparound deck and hot tub.

Clean and Convenient

The house looked just like the photos and was immaculately clean. It was a convenient base to visit the sights and attractions of the Poconos. The kitchen was well-stocked, which was a nice change from places that promise a fully-stocked kitchen but only have three glasses, two forks, and an ancient frying pan. My husband wanted to stay somewhere with lake access for swimming, which isn't so easy to find these days. He enjoyed spending the afternoon at Boulder Lake, one of several lakes at Indian Mountain Lakes. The large deck and hot tub were the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Agnia was a pleasure to deal with and responded immediately to questions.

Serene Mountain Getaway

The location was fantastic! Even though in a development, you could not see or hear the neighbors. It felt nicely secluded. The home was spacious with many arrangements for sleeping. Having a crib and high chair in good condition was a plus! Plenty of parking! The wrap around deck with 3 sliding doors was lovely! It was sturdy and safe for our 1 year old to toddle around on (slats close together). It was nice to have a washer and dryer and also a charcoal grill. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pans, etc.; very well stocked. We felt more outdoor furniture would be helpful for having 7 people staying - both on the deck and around the firepit. More or newer pillows would be appreciated. More towels, including for the kitchen, would be great! Kitchen drawers and food cabinet were dirty and cluttered. We stored all our food on the peninsula counter which took up a lot of space but the very large kitchen table was a PLUS! The listing seems to be a little out of date and I would not consider this an "Upscale" home as it is listed. We would stay again as the good outweighed the negative. Thank you for hosting us!

Great value

My family hasn't been on vacation since 1998 so it was personally a lot of pressure for me to find a place that accommodated their needs. This place met this for sure, great location and great value. Lots of room and activities in the area.

Great getaway from the city!

We had a great time staying here—everything was as advertised and the host was communicative. The kitchen was really well-stocked, and we loved the hot tub and swings. We went skiing at Blue Mountain, which isn’t too far away. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely return!

Hidden Gem

The property was very family friendly with lots of space to sleep and to let the kids run around. The hot tub was well maintained and very comfortable. The area around and outside was great for gathering around the fire and enjoying some treats. The owner was very responsive if we had a question and kept us up to date on anything that changed. My family and I enjoyed the stay and look forward to staying there again.

House was nice and clean. A/C didn’t work well upstairs where master bedroom, kitchen and living room was. And downstairs was freezing. Other than we had a great time. It’s very quiet community. House was very clean and spacious. Our kids loved the swing.

I have stayed In Many Vrbo and own one. Thought the price was a lil high especially with all the fees for the over all house itself... overall the house was clean and neat . Gated Community was very secure . I would say this price point would be for a nascar racecweek and a lil cheaper this time of year .....

Great House for making lasting memories

Great house and location - my kids (1, 3, 4) all had a blast playing in the snow and we were even able to make a nice sled hill out of the snow that was plowed in the driveway. The house is arranged perfectly with a master bedroom w/ shared bathroom upstairs and 4 rooms downstairs!! There’s so much space for a great time and the hot tub was perfect. The only issues (which aren’t really issues): There’s a mild odor coming from the downstairs bathroom but was easily remedied by keeping the door open and exhaust fan on. The room downstairs closest to the laundry area is a bit chilly but keep in mind, it was below 20° F for most of our trip. We kept the door open and the heat coming from the laundry room helped. All in all this placed was great for 5 adults and 3 young kids. There was a crib and high chair!

Perfect Cabin for Rest, Relaxation & Recovery

We were looking for a place to unplug, unwind, and recover from the burn out of the hectic year and half that has passed. This home had the perfect amenities and location for just that. The open layout, comfortable furniture, and fully stocked house created a very welcoming and worry free atmosphere...I mean stocked with everything from pots & utensils to aluminum foil, soap, shampoo, and detergent. The owners were very thoughtful to make this a really carefree experience. They were incredibly quick to respond with any questions or concerns upon our arrival, including resetting the wifi within minutes of letting them know it was out. The hot tub located right on the deck made it very easy to hop in and hop out regardless of how cold it was outside...if it was in the yard we prob wouldn't have used it at all. The house was well-connected with wifi, so were able to easily work remotely as needed and then unplug after. The location was ideal - close to gyms, resorts, wineries, and other adventures. The commute from the city was short enough to not be exhausted from travel which was great for those that had to catch flights the next morning. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to chill or take a few fun excursions during the day.

Great getaway!

Myself and 4 girlfriends stayed for a girls weekend. The property is nice, house is very comfortable and well stocked! Beds were great! The fire pit and hot tub were the perfect icing on the cake! We even had deer walk right up on the property while we were enjoying sometime by the fire. Communication with the owner was excellent! We are already talking about planning another trip next year.

Nice quiet clean house

We had a great stay at the house! It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was easily accessible for any questions. The hot tub and the swings were both highly popular with my family. The amenities within the community are decent, but not wonderful. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would recommend this property!

Great house -- really enjoyed it

Stayed here with my family in August. The house was nice (photos in listing are accurate), and we particularly enjoyed the deck, yard, and hot tub. The location was convenient driving from NYC, and it did the trick for getting us some time away in the country where the weather is a bit cooler than in the city. Note that there are two pools in the community -- one a short walk and the other a bit of a drive -- and only the farther pool was open most of the days we were there. Also, the living space is on the second floor, which is great for high ceilings and a nice view of the trees, but the stairs are a bit steep if anyone in your party is older. With those two caveats, we enjoyed the place and would happily recommend. Owner is helpful and responsive.
