Providence Apartment One is a generous, three-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of the Providence Complex. This complex provides a large outdoor swimming pool, toddler pool and a heated spa as well as a cabana with a BBQ and table settings. Located a short stroll from Bennett’s Beach, this is a highly desired location of Hawks Nest, aiding in a resoundingly successful holiday.

Providence Apartment One shares the complex with ‘Oceanside Hawks Nest’ which has a vibrant bar/diner called ‘Benchmark on Booner’. This is one of Hawks Nest’s favourite places to meet for coffee or breakfast, to enjoy lunch or an evening meal, or drinks with friends or family.

The air conditioned lounge room has two double sofa lounges and opens onto the large, private courtyard through glass sliding doors. Overlooking the lounge area is the well-appointed kitchen - including microwave, jug, toaster, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and cooking utensils. The separate laundry has a washing machine, sink and dryer.

Two bedrooms each have queen-size beds, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe storage.
The third 'sleeping' area is equipped with two extra sofa lounges, a second TV and DVD player and is large enough to be used as a 'children’s retreat', leaving the main living area for parents.

Both bathrooms offer a shower, toilet and vanity, and the larger bathroom also has a separate bath.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.

-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.

The property is in a great location with good facilities. The onsite manager advised that he didnt turn the heat on in the heated spa as "no-one" was around and the cost of the power it just wasnt worth it. I found this quite insulting like - I am no-one obviously. I paid premium school holiday rates and was told that the electricity was too high to have the heat on in the spa - not very good business. We were also told that the pool was shut and no one was there on one occasion at 5.00pm, but it would be ok if we stayed in the pool area. This was also quite poor when on other nights entire families were at the pool until well after 8.00pm. It is a good facility but felt a bit under the microscope over trivial things.
