Several bars and restaurants are within meters of the property, including the Korean Bar next to the wall, also has nearby grocery stores, pharmacy, bakeries, pizzerias, and other conveniences. Maria Farinha is one of the largest nautical centers, besides providing boat trips to the wells, Coroa do Avião, Itamaracá Island, where is the Peixe Boi Project and Forte Orange. The maximum number of people who can use the common area, between visitors and tenant, is 15 people. The daily price varies according to the amount of daily, especially Carnival and New Year.
