Situated close to the centre of Daylesford and only a short stroll to Wombat Hill Botanical Gardens, the Daylesford Sunday market and close to all that Daylesford has to offer, this charming, secluded residence is surrounded by beautiful gardens and birch trees.

Offering two beautiful living areas with wood fireplaces that roar, three generous sized bedrooms, a covered alfresco area and a separate outdoor dining area, Birch House is a perfect retreat to relax and unwind or socialize and entertain. Relax on the large leather suite in the casual lounge and enjoy the latest movies on Netflix or play Nintendo WII U, whilst others can retreat to the middle lounge and enjoy quiet time by the open fire. Birch House accommodates up to six guests in king or king single beds, with one lovely bathroom as well as a separate powder room, to provide comfort and style.

A large contemporary dining area and fully appointed country kitchen and casual lounge/tv area are surrounded by French doors and windows - which take full advantage of the lovely garden view and provide an abundance of natural light. The sun porch also offers another lovely space to sit and relax. A separate outdoor area with BBQ leads from the main lounge where you can enjoy a summer BBQ and admire the majestic trees on the property.

Pet friendly* with a fully fenced backyard, Birch House also offers off-street parking. Birch House is pet-friendly accommodation with a fully fenced yard. Pets are restricted to the rear of the house and are not allowed on bedding or furniture.

Bedding: The king-size beds in all bedrooms can be split into 2 x singles if required. We will contact you when your booking is received to confirm your preferred bedding configuration.
