Why they chose this property
Close to the center with city and lake view. The residential area is quietly located on the lake. A developed way at the lake invites to daily walks. The leisure offer is comprehensive. The Club Sportiv 2000 is within walking distance and offers gym, pool and tennis facilities. Public transport can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Taxi to the city center (old town) costs about 4 EURO. Taxi to large shopping centers (there are many in the area) are within walking distance or further by taxi (about 3 EURO). The bus stop is right on the street. The metro can be reached by bus or by foot (10 min).
