Downstairs has an open living / dining / kitchen with dishwasher plus another bedroom. Additional features include reverse cycle ducted air conditioning, a family bathroom with bath and 3 toilets. There is also a large deck area, perfect for BBQ's, 2 TV's, DVD, washing machine and dryer, table tennis and an outdoor heated shower.
