Softball tournament stay
The house was perfect for our trip! Enough room for four adults and two 11 year old girls. The host, Linda, was welcoming & made the check in & out processes super easy!! The house is only a few blocks from Majestic Park where we played softball, which was very convenient! We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Cute house in downtown
This property is spacious, beautifully maintained, and offers a truly comfortable stay. Both king-size beds were exceptionally cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Linda is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond—she provides a full range of toiletries in the bathrooms, along with an abundance of towels. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with a great selection of dishes, cookware, and glassware, making it easy to prepare meals.The only minor drawback is the bright lights from the business across the street, which remain on throughout the night. However, Linda has equipped the home with blinds and blackout curtains to minimize the impact. It’s a small trade-off for the convenience of being in a prime downtown location. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

The house was lovely and a great location, very close to downtown Hot Springs and Bathhouse row. Linda was very communicative and friendly and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. My kids had a blast with the big bunk beds and the big "fancy" bed in the middle room. We had a great time.

Perfect house and location
The house is exactly as pictured and within walking distance to Bathhouse Row, shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and we felt very safe and comfortable there. Linda is amazing and made certain we had everything we needed. She went out of her way to return a forgotten cellphone. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location
The house is newly remodeled and near shops, restaurants, Oaklawn Racetrack. Perfect place if you are going to the races. Linda was at the property when we arrived and was super friendly. We would definitely rent this home again!

Family from MO & TX met in AR for the weekend and this convenient clean home met our needs perfectly! Decorated beautifully and everything we needed was there. Great front porch & back yard too. Close to all Hot Springs has to offer. Host was so kind too! We’ll be back!

Great home!!
We rented this lovely home to meet with our adult daughter to visit with the grand kids!! It was a WONDERFUL stay! The house looked as pictured and had EVERYTHING you needed and extras in case you forgot something! The host was very responsive and kind!! Definitely will choose this place again for a weekend stay!

We were just there for the weekend to go look at Christmas lights at Garvan Gardens. It's just a block off of Central, so it was a great location. The house was very clean and very well stocked with anything that you need. Linda was quick to respond to any question that I had and will definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice this home was. Nicely updated with treats left for the renters. Spacious and comfortable, even with 7 people. Quiet neighborhood. No issues.

We enjoyed the fully stocked home - everything was very clean and very comfortable. The beds were very nice and comfortable. Two showers were an added touch and we really used them! The living room was spacious and the seating was adequate. We did not utilize the outdoors except for the front porch. The house was close to our touring sites and that was great! We enjoyed out stay.

Perfect for our Small Scout Troop!
This property was exactly what our small Girl Scout troop needed for our visit to Hot Springs! It is a beautiful house, and very well appointed. The kitchen had more than enough space for the girls to prepare several meals, and the sleeping space was just right for five girls and two adult chaperones. The location was very convenient to the National Park, and for finding the highway for our adventures a little further afield. Would definitely recommend this property to others looking for space in Hot Springs.

Hot Spring Hidden Diamond
Cute upgraded home. In the dark the outside looked a little scary. But in the daytime you could see how charming it was. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The furnishings were comfortable. It has a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of towels. Great location to downtown Hot Springs. Easy access to popular areas. Knowing we were arriving after dark, the owner left the lights on for us. Had a small issue with the washer. The owner resolved it as soon as possible while we were away. Highly recommend you stay here. We will definitely be back.

Great location in Hot Springs!
Quick family trip to Hot Springs. House was super cute and comfortable. A mile from downtown and a mile from oak lawn (of that matters to you). We loved the convenience of the location. The super cold AC. The hot water in the showers. The big comfy beds. The comfortable family room. We used it as home base to go out and explore all that the area had to offer (escape room, miniature golf, diamond mining, shops, restaurants, etc). Didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well appointed and spacious. Nothing negative to say about this place - we had a great experience.
